Finally got around to ordering Steamshield's Shapeways parts for the Coneheads. Ramjet done first.

Besides the Ramjet-specific parts, also used Steamshield's alternate chest plate and a pair of GU-11 Macross Gun pods. Wanted to tie the Coneheads together while giving them some additional differentiation from the other seekers. And the GU-11s mimic the look of his original armaments and at least look like legit weapons.

Your precise paintwork really brings out the great detailing on Steamshield's parts (and the original fig). Nicely done. Good call with the gun pods too.

After I get all three done, so I can do group pics in both modes. Although this is the first time I clear-coated a guy, I still want to preserve their paint jobs as much as possible.
