Canada is apparently going to get it at Toys R Us, as noted earlier in the thread when I asked. I haven't seen anything beyond that. But at least it shows there is some push to have them available outside the US.

Are these only in stores or are they online as well? I took a peek at target.com and couldn't find any reference of them. Maybe my google-fu skills are failing today

 

He does indeed, but he still looks freaking awesome!

I REALLY hope that Hasbro goes balls to the wall with repaints though and really hope they make a Welcoming Committee set as well. If Hasbro doesn't make them though, I really hope 1:1 KOs are made, as I want as many recolors of this mold as possible.

Being in Canada it's online for me and if they don't ship here, have them sent to the border. When I was in Montana, Target (and Walmart) had squat for any transformers.

 

Toys R Us is supposed to be getting this pack sooner or later.

 

I bought mine from Target online and had it shipped to the Kinek depot at the border then drive across and picked it up.

 

yeah they all could have used a smidgen more color...maybe along the nose of the jet to keep the robot mode more inline with the toon

 

My package was delivered from Target yesterday. After opening up the box saw my Acid Storm came with the smirking face. Not only that but it is painted white like Red Wing’s face. His eyes are red like the other rainmakers not orange like Red Wing. Ion Storm and Nova Storm have silver painted faces. Anybody else get one like that? If I had noticed I wouldn't have taken them out of the package.

 

People have been reporting weird faceplate swaps. I think they must have been assembled around the same time in the factory.

 

I like the idea you dont know what face you might get. Having all the same face can be dull

 

My Acid Storm had the smirk face but it was silver.

 

To those that have this set and Thuundercracker, how does Ion Storm's shade of blue compare to TC's in hand? Pics I've seen make them seem exactly the same (or maybe I'm a little color blind).

 

Ion storm is darker

 

Like tigatron2002 said Ion Storm is darker. Thundercracker's blue has a bit of green tint to it. The color difference is very apparent in person but doesn't often show up in photos. In photos they tend to look identical or near identical.

Love these goons. Other than some odd tolerances with the nullrays/shoulder ports they’re much better Starscream in the QC department. I think Nova is my favorite.
