Who's ready to wreck and rule! Continuing with my Wreckers comes the green duo. Let's get right into it.

Rack N Ruin are made from 2 Sixguns. I really wanted to use Cogs feet but i didnt want to have to buy 4 figures for this. I took inspiration for this custom from multiple different sources. I wanted to draw as much from G1 as i could but i also really liked the look from the Transformers Legends card game. I almost made this out of 2 Refraktors but i just went with SIxgun.

I modded the head to give it more of a rounded look. Grinding it down left some ridges and i was going to fill them in but i think it gave it a more detailed look.

Here are side shots of the hammer and anvil. These are built from legos and styrene. There are many different styles shown for this. Some had just a handle and head, others show ball joints at the wrist or end of the handle. I again took a little from everything and wanted them to be able to be articulate when needed.

A back shot. The "hand" bit made good for a good shoulder cannon that they have. I was going to remove the other "fingers" but decided not to. To attach them i used ratchet lego bits. I was going to give them just a cylinder to connect them but i thought putting a ratchet joint in would give more movement options. i used some styrene tube glued to them so they can slide on to the shoulder stubs.

Here is an action pose of the boys running to kick some tail pipe.

I added them to my WFC display scene. look at them go!

    Wrecking and ruling!

Getting to the end of the line for the Wreckers...maybe. I already have 2 in the works, 1 more I think i might do and possibly a 4th tiny Wrecker to add for completion.

Hope you enjoy this custom, i enjoyed making the hammer and anvil.

This is probably the best Rack 'n' Ruin custom I've seen! How did you paint this? I'd love to try and do this one day when I get better at painting, especially since Sixgun is so cheap nowadays.

AAAAAAAAARG THE AWESOME IS STRONG WITH THIS ONE

If you had told me that two Sixguns, a few extra parts, a can of green air-brush paint, and a pile of Legos could make a Rack n' Ruin, I would've scoffed at you.

    I am no longer scoffing.

    ty

i saw a digibash of it and thought it worked so i gave it a go.

I used polyurethane spray paint this time for a top coat and the cap was shown to be matte but it clearly was not. Not a big deal to me though. I may go over it with a coat of matte clear but probably too lazy lol. maybe after i finish building my paint drying box so i can dry it quickly.

ty and ty. i have a post on here for the display if you are interested in seeing more of it. do a search in radicons for my user name and the word display in the title and you will find it.

Of all the Rack n' Ruin customs I've seen pop up over the years, it feels like this one might be the closest to capturing the weird style of those characters. Excellent choice for a source mold! :thumb
