I don't know his exact address but know he is near a place we call e-town and yes his mileage is pretty close to what he described

Killian is definitely from that Harrisburg area in PA, as he brings up how awful it is to be a collector there. A lot. (And with photos.)

Try reading. I said it's cheaper to order from Japan than play the B&M lottery. Then I showed you how with driving distances. I don't have to spend $60 in gas for importing to be cheaper, only $10 to $20 on the upper end.

Apparently you aren't actually watching price/availability on those sites. Nor do you comprehend minimum purchase thresholds for free shipping. Oh, wait, you aren't one of those people that thinks Prime is free because you forgot you paid $120 for it, are you?

On a single basis, a deluxe costs:
AE - $32 shipped (yen conversion fluctuates)
    BBTS - $27.56 shipped
    Walmart/Target (1st try) - $27.20
    Walmart/Target (2nd try) - $33.20
    Walmart/Target (3rd try) - $39.20
I should note I've probably photographed a dozen bare shelves this year, so if I were to find a Sideswipe this weekend he'd actually cost between $58 and $82.

On a multiple purchase basis, it's even uglier. Shipping costs are cheaper in aggregate. However, as it's become exceedingly rare for one trip to yield multiple figures, it's impossible for the same to apply to driving costs.

And you know what's even cheaper than both of those options? Buying Hasbro figures online! LOL If you buy from Japan you're still paying for shipping AND you're paying to import them. You're comparing importing Japanese figures with driving long distances, and completely ignoring the cheaper and more logical solution. o_O

Am I the only one who can jus not stop imagining Smashdown constantly playing Smashmouth?

Hasbro is never going to sell me on the Micromaster Weapon modes. They are universally D. U. M. B. Not that I am staunchly opposed to dumb thing. I just don't like those. Totally digging the rest, though. I want a big handle for Smashdown.

I keep forgetting his name and just calling him "Smashmouth."

Also, wow, I'm really loving Springer, and even that battle damage looks nice and subtle. It kind of feels like wear, and not just military hardware wear and tear. It's like he’s an old toy you used to play with, and then you put it away and forgot about it for twenty years or so until you found it again while cleaning old boxes. I dunno, maybe it's just me. But I'm REALLY looking forward to getting this Springer. He looks amazing.

The more I see of Springer the more I think he has the potential to be my favorite figure from this line.

To be totally honest. When I first saw Springer I thought I was looking at that Iron Factory legends scale horse shit. That's not a good sign.

I think I might be the only one not really digging Siege Springer. It mostly has to do with how much I love the T30 version, but I also think the facesculpt looks a little mooshy. On the other hand, Red Alert may have convinced me to buy Sideswipe finally.
