Whats price in Canada?

 

Yup, I've had folks completely ignore me as well when they've sworn up and down that they wanted something I was selling.


This place has become a crap shoot with sales lately. At least have the common decency to say that you've changed your mind.

 

My set came earlier this week and my wife wanted to crack it open last night. She took care of transforming everyone who wasn't in bot mode in the package for me lol.

Really a nice set, nice mix of characters and a good pop of colors.

 

I have a Tidal Wave I can't use, if anyone's offering a fair price.

 

Oh my goodness... Metalhawk is the Alpha of this set. Thunderwing was heavier than I expected. I'm keepin em all, man. Should have bought two. My favorite buy this year for certain.

I always get confused with the more obscure characters. Is that Tidalhawk on the left and Metalwave on the right, or is it the other way around?  

 

My Magnus Prime had hideous paint defects ... pathetic ... never again Hasblow!!! NEVER. AGAIN.

 

One time at McDonald's ordered a cheeseburger with onions and the chef forgot the onions.

Clearly McDonald's is a pathetic sham. This small-scale mistake is reflective of the corporation as a whole and I will never eat there again.

Sorry to hear about your Magnus Prime. Mine is perfect. Its just lovely.

 

My Magnus Prime is loads better than my LG Ginrai. Ginrai's leg panels wouldn't tab together at all( they do now after some major fixing). Magnus Prime's tab in perfectly and the paint is awesome.

 

Not the case with mine. LG-35's right leg tab was bad. But my Magnus Prime's tabbing is worse.

 

Clearly I was being hyperbolic in my initial post to emphasize for comedic effect, but a grasp of humor avoids the Asperger set, I concede ... Look, the set was rife with QC issues ... I loved the concept, but the execution was poor ... I'll leave it at that ...

 

Metalhawk was the main reason I bought this set. I'm so glad to be able to replace the Botcon Metalhawk (good concept, bad head sculpt) in my CHUG/Generations collection. I really hope the Titanmaster will fit in the upcoming Metalhawk Pretender shell.

I finally opened my set over the weekend and thankfully, no major issues regarding missing/incorrect parts, bad paint or unusually crappy quality in anything. The leg panels on Ginrai don't peg in well, but it's not much worse compared to my Takara Ginrai.

I wish the poster came with its own brown cover like the combiner posters, and honestly I would've been fine skipping out on any poster in favor of each character getting its own card, but those are nitpicks. I find it hilarious that the "ultimate weapon" referred to on the box (Thunderwing) is an inch tall.
