Nobody knows, we haven't seen photos of "Siege" Ratchet yet.

Most likely, if the gray is a different shade between Ironhide and Ratchet, it will be a slight difference; comparable to the difference between "PotP" Swoop and "Generations Selects" Red Swoop.

Worst case scenario, Ratchet ends up being a different colour altogether, and I'll have to paint the fillers.

I know this much - I'd rather have a spare set of fillers now, and possibly have to modify them, than wait for Ratchet and find out that the fillers are no longer being produced.

I... had not even thought of that for Ratchet and Soundblaster (even though Soundwave's isn't out yet)... dang it!
    Time to order more. Ha!

My Ironhide set has hit Stateside, so hopefully it'll be in-hand this week.

Exactly how much taller do these leg extenders make Ironhide?

Sigh... Ironically the leg extenders are what sold me on this set in the first place. I mean it only takes a few extra seconds to remove them when you transform him. But whatever....

Has anyone else got their set in the mail yet and have pictures of Ironhide Fully dressed?

That's who I quoted. He attached all the parts to Ironhide but the extenders.

Oh, that's what made my buy it.

I'm guessing it'll make him a quarter inch taller but some newer pics with some size comparisons would be cool. Otherwise I'll just have to wait till mine comes in the mail.

No worries, @YoungPrime, I've got you covered. :thumb

I don't intend to keep them on my Ironhide, but it's no trouble to put the extensions on temporarily for some more photos.

    20190515_132336.jpg

The extensions theoretically add precisely 5mm. You may find that he gains almost 6mm, due to tiny spaces between the separate parts adding up.

    20190515_132316.jpg

    Unmodified, Ironhide stands 150mm.

    20190515_132149.jpg

With the extensions fitted, Ironhide rises to 156mm.

Ironhide's legs slot into the extensions very easily, however I found the connection between the extension and Ironhide's hips very tight and difficult to push together.

I found that attaching the extension from the side, then twisting it to face front was best for attaching the parts.

    20190515_133838.jpg

Once the pieces are fitted they do look very nice. I appreciate how the panel lines at the top of Ironhide's stock thighs are continued upward on the extensions.

    20190515_132219.jpg

"Why don'cha take a picture, it'll last longer!"

Hope these pics help. I seriously underestimated the appeal of these extensions when I posted yesterday!
I would've taken photos and written about them if I suspected these bonus parts were such a deal-maker.

If there's anything else I can help with feel free to ask.

These have clearly been a success for TFSafari, selling as fast as they have, I expect they're going to be rushing to restock as soon as possible.

Keep an eye on their site & on this thread, I'm sure good news will be coming soon.

The Soundwave kit is unpainted and cast in white, I just hope that it’s close to the light gray of the figure.

I'd imagine it's closer to white as stated than light gray.
But I hope I am pleasantly surprised and wrong when it comes out.

    Just installed the kit.

    Makes a difference, don’t it!

    About installing it.

Everything went in easy and without having to force anything. It’s really snug but not stressing the plastic.

Only thing I think I need to do is take the thigh pieces and file the connection a bit, it’s so snug that I feel I might damage the hip joints.

He said white but if the Soundwave kit is the same color as this one it’s not so bad.

    Pre-ordered the Soundwave kit.

Huge thanks to TFSafari for carrying these!

If I'm honest, I'd have probably preferred feet fillers instead of the little knee & elbow fillers, and the leg extension parts, but overall, it's worth picking up a set.

Now, the fact that I've had to buy a £10 filler kit, and had to fix the leg & feet panels on a £17 toy is another topic altogether...
