So just want to spread the word about these gap filler kits by Tim Heada for Siege Ironhide and Soundwave, which I think do wonders to improve their overall look.

I’m not familiar with tfsafari. I assume they’re reliable? I hope so because I’d very much like to get both the Ironhide and Soundwave fillers.

 

Prowl needs some serious gap fillers, hope he (or someone else) comes up with a set

Nice! Need some for Megatron now too...and new wheels for Ironhide, that plastic is a really weirdly bad part of an otherwise really good figure.

 

Most Hasbro transformers do. The hollowness is unsightly at best.

That’s why they have lost most of my business to 3p. I never used to be that way either. The cartoon shit is getting stupid too talk about getting less!

 

Believe it or not, the Siege stuff is pretty high quality and only a few of the figures have egregious hollow parts, which is why kits like this are great. Siege Voyager Prime was my figure of the year for last year, beating out every third party release I got around the same time. None of the other figures are quite as good as voyager Prime, but they're a huge step above the stuff released during Prime Wars--I would've completely agreed with your statement then.

 

I have been thinking about getting the sound wave and getting laserbeak and ravage but I can’t find the minions anywhere.
On the same note though I did not pre order siege impactor cause that is suffering from some serious hollowness

Not going after the ironhide like I originally thought there are a couple better versions on 3p. Ironhide isn’t a character I get more than one of usually

That's one of the reasons I'm doing a rethink about getting Siege Prowl. Still planning to get Smokescreen and Bluestreak, though. Hopefully someone comes up with something by then.

Yeah, you finally get a figure you've been waiting a long time for and Hastak seem to think we'll be forgiving of those empty spaces. But LG-EX Dai Atlas's legs take the prize for that.

 

I was/am desperately hoping Shockwave Lab would/will do a Voyager-sized version of their ingenious Overlord hand kit to give Siege Soundwave some much-needed wrist swivels, hand articulation, and forearm gap fillers...

...but this will do very nicely till then.

 

Never heard of TFSafari before, can't find many of these kinds of items on their site so hope I don't miss an opportunity to get Ironhide's fillers.

Wonder if they're prepainted.

I would be down for these if they didn't/don't impede the transformation process, which they appear to do, at least on Soundwave.

 

Siege Ironhide is surprising in that it is a non MP Ironhide that doesn't suck. These fixes make him look even better. Hopefully more fixes will be on the way for other characters because the Siege line shows a lot of promise.

 

Do they? The only part of the fillers I see that get in the way are on the inside of the arms, and they appear to have a hinge that allows the filler (which I presume is just another plate) to swing open so that the hands can fold away. All the rest are simply filling gaps that don't get filled during transformation anyway.

 

Where can I get this?
