Ditto this. I saw Sureshot in Mirage's mold as soon as Mirage was revealed and it was apparent Mirage's arms were "hidden" under the spoiler. The Counterpunch transformation style of POTP Punch/Counterpunch seems the likely choice to turn into Pointblank as well.

Apeface will be bought ASAP as I think the mold looks amazing.
Astrotrain looks great, but I'll probably hold off on getting him for awhile and see if they do a cartoon accurate darker grey & purple version in selects or as an exclusive somewhere, as to me the cartoon colors fit Astrotrain better.
Spinister looks great and I like helicopter transformers so I'll be sure to pick him up when I can.
As much as I'm not a fan of the Bay films, I took a liking to the film version of Crosshairs, so I will be picking up this figure of his G1 incarnation at some point too, especially if/when they do go ahead and make Sureshot & Pointblank too.

Whoa Astrotrain and Apeface are incredible. Can\'t wait to have them. It might be greedy but now the wait for Snapdragon is gonna be unbearable!

I'm really glad they're doing the 'Rebirth' Autobot Targetmaster car guys finally too (not sure what to call them?), but he looks a bit meh.

Happy with my TR Astrotrain so new one is unnecessary to me.

Siege is mostly awesome, filling lots of gaps in my collection. Things like G1 accurate Springer I've been wanting forever! Just a shame the whole line has to be marred with the stupid battle damage stuff.

Okay, after calming down from some of the hype, I've decided to actually give my $.02 on them.

First of all, from an individual that has a very high opinion of the WFC trilogy so far, I had high expectations for these guys. But straight-up, even I was blown out of the water upon seeing them. With that out of the way...

-Crosshairs: Okay, so he's a Siege Ironhide retool. Sure. But given what we know about Siege's placement in the Transformers multiverse/timeline, this offering seems most likely to be Sunbow Crosshairs before the Ark crew themselves went to Earth. At this time period, Crosshairs was just another Ironhide clone. That's cool. Presumably this is also before he met Pinpointer, since Pinpointer isn't packed with him(even if he's available elsewhere). An A for effort for HasTak.

-Astrotrain: He's sooo beefy!!! The sheer amount of bulk of this guy is amazing. He's also as show-accurate as fuck. Perfect in all three modes. And Astrotrain is exactly as I predicted - a Leader-class character that's bulky with accessories to beef up at least one of his modes. And he's spot on. but he's even more amazing than I imagined. Buy-on-sight.

-Apeface: So I'm the type of TF fan whose nostalgia is instantaneously triggered by obnoxious late-'80s/early-'90s neon. Apeface isn't saturated in it, granted, but he still flaunts his fair share of it. And I love that. Aside from me drooling over neon, I love this character's unapologetic G1 accuracy, his bringing back Headmaster Horrorcon usage in both bot and beast modes, and he's (presumably) the perfect size. Way past buy-on-sight with this guy.

-Spinister: This guy, to me, steals the entire show. I didn't even see him coming. Not many here did, yet here he is, in front of all our optics in all his glory. I don't think there could even be a more faithful update. Perfect in every way. Obnoxious '90s neon unapologetically presented from head to toe, a clever transformation, more than enough G1 accuracy, and at a very affordable price point. The only thing that'd make him better would be if he came with Singe & Hairsplitter. So magnificent. He is already bought.

It's about time, since the CHUG line started circa-2001, that we finally get actual factual G1 updates. I've subconsciously been waiting for a line like this, and here is it. These guys are what I live for, fellow gentlebots.

That Astrotrain looks amazing! A million light years beyond that dumpster fire Voyager-Class version we got from the Titans Return figure we got a few years back. He will be an instant buy for me.

Well, Spinister's color scheme is more evident of the late 80s than G2. It was considered normal back then.

Don’t worry, despite the Cybertronic nature of this line, it seems the more obscure bots get more accurate alt modes.

Astrotrain on top of everything else I need from Siege got me thinking...does Hasbro have some kind of secret credit program? Would I get more credit for my soul or my future firstborn child?

I wonder why they went with Apeface first, technically he had a Titan Master figure (lol) - Snapdragon fans have been waiting longer darnit!!!

In other news, I'll soon be able to add another bot standing behind in my setup:

What a family shot it'll be!

You see, THIS is why I don't buy placeholders. Right here.

Spinister is a given, but I'm annoyed that I'll have to chase down TMs for him.

Crosshairs is adequate. That's about all I can say.

Apeface is everything I've been waiting for.

Astrotrain is too freaking big, and I still have no reason to replace my Henkei and Classics mold.

Anyone else getting strong Universe Tankor vibes from Astrotrain’s shuttle mode? The back and underside look very similar.

The train mode looks sick and makes up for it however.

Apeface seems to be a heavy remold of TR Megatron or he has shared engineering. I don't know, but it gives me a sliver of hope that he'lll be old voyager size.

Also: 33 pages in one day? Wow.

Read the entire thread this morning after being busy last night. Some responses to unanswered questions:
No Leader repaint, Astrotrain packs with Ultra Magnus - see the initial listing Siege Leader Astrotrain Listing!

Voyager class w3 includes a Starscream repack and w4 a Megatron repack so Apeface's companion is likely to be something similar..... Prime or Springer maybe?

    Deluxe...
    Unknown, but unlikely.

Hound returns in w3 Generations 2019 Siege of cybertron Deluxe Wave 3 set of 4 (HOUND, RED ALERT, Reflector, Brunt). Preorder. Restock on 27th June 2019.
Sixgun returns in w4 Generations 2019 Siege of cybertron Deluxe Wave 4 set of 4 (Sixgun, Mirage, Impactor, Unknown Character). Preorder. Start Shipping on 1st October 2019.

I'd be putting money on Refractor, as we were promised enough of them, and a Weaponizer returning

Also the gaps in the WFC numbers kind of rules out any more new toys larger than a Micromaster pack:
According to the numbers list we're still 4 Battlemasters/Micromaster packs short for WFC-S44 - S47

There's also the identity of WFC-GS03 - GS05 to sort out (1 is Megatron, 2 is Redwing, 6 is Smokescreen) These are unlikely to be the 35th series as there's four of those (Prime, Megatron, Soundblaster, Bluestreak)
