So I ordered off Show.Z for the first time on 12/22, PE Mega Dragon and IF Cygnus, and got my package yesterday, but only received Cygnus. Do they split orders up sometimes? Under my orders it did say "Shipment Shipped" twice but I thought it was a glitch. I only received 1 tracking number though, which indicated it was delivered yesterday, the Cygnus. Has anyone experienced this before?

 

Yes, he sometimes ships multiple items out separately from a single order.

Is there just the one tracking number listed above that on your summary? If so, might just message them with the order number and they can look up and see if they forgot to send a 2nd tracking email, etc.

 

Yup. Has happened before. Just contact him with your order number and he’ll get your tracking numbers.

The tracking history of my package ordered back in December keeps changing itself. Literally, changing what it says has happened with it. each time changing the event log of scans to remove the last entry it had the last time.
It has done this three times since it says it landed in the us. It said it arrived in the us on the 6th. Since then it’s said it’s been in transit to destination back to sorting at NYC and then back to being in transit again. Now it’s saying its shipping label has been created but not yet in their system.
I’ve never had tracking logs delete entries before...that’s what is the worrisome part to me.

 

Contact Show.Z. This is what my package did and it was sent back to China. My item was ordered on November 11th. If they have it in stock then they will send out another one. If they are sold out you will have to wait for the item to get back to them and they will send it back out. They will also offer a refund if you prefer probably. My item was sold out and still hasn’t made it back to them yet so I’m still waiting. What happened with two of my packages was that the shipping company that Show.Z uses didn’t pay enough for postage once it arrives in the US so the item red flags and gets sent back. This seems to only be happening with larger items. I ordered four things and this only happened with the two Gigapower Dinos I ordered. I’ve posted about my whole ordeal on the last couple pages. Good luck, and I hope they have your item in stock still; that will speed up the process for you for sure.
