    Oh yeah, I was just coming back to post that I believe they are recommending what they have had success with in the past.

    However, generally the responsibility to get the package delivered successfully falls to the sender. This is basically what CNE told me too, ShowZ has to direct them what to do.

    I think where I'm having the issue is that the ShowZ contacts just keep directing me to CNE, who is not the last mile delivery company. Everyone keeps talking about the last mile delivery, but nobody has told me who that is. My assumption is that it's some independent contractor whom I won't be able to contact in any meaningful way anyway.

    I trust that they will make it right, but it's like I have to convince everyone to resolve it. It's extra leg work that should not fall on me as the recipient. The lines of communication should be between ShowZ and CNE and CNE and the last mile delivery. I shouldn't have to be a part of it beyond flagging that my package hasn't been delivered.

    It's pretty good at identifying last mile delivery where it's a company of record. You'll have to scroll down through the information below the delivery update timeline

    @AbbytheCat There's been some speculation about the light features being removed from Pangu toys PT-01G toy color version of Optimus Prime as a possible reason for the lower cost than it's original release. Are you able to confirm if this latest toy version will have the electronics or not? Thanks in advance!

    I just checked the tracking again and looks like the redelivery failed
    I will let [email protected] send you an email once we sort this out, either arrange another delivery or send you a new one

    The factory swap these two products after we listed the products so we have to do the same.
    We will offer discount if you want the wrong item or list sample and offer a full refund

    We already changed to off-site Stripe for the payment gateway after multiple reports about credit card info leak.
    It seems that this issue has been resolved now, as no one has come forward to report any further incidents of their credit cards being fraudulently charged

    Hello @AbbytheCat, sorry for bothering you again,

    I just placed 7 preorders by paying deposits and noticed that now, they appear as only one order in the system (as opposed to one item = one preorder before that). So I'm wondering, what does that mean in regard to:
    - balance payment: will I still be able to pay the balance for each item as they come in stock or will I have to pay for all of them as soon as the first arrive or something? (I only have one "Complete Your Payment" button for 7 items visible in the order.)
    - shipping: will you wait until everything is in stock before shipping the whole order (that would be one huge box lol) or will you still ship the items one by one as they arrive?

    Maybe I should cancel the whole order and place again a preorder separately for each item (some deposits are non refundable though)?

    It was a error in our system, currently only happened on Gundamit. We our IT team randomly put a experiment feature on the website
    The error has been fixed now, all the orders that were combine pre-ordered by false will be canceled and refund today

    May I have the screenshot please?
