    They still occasionally throw my boxes from the sidewalk to the porch. But thanks to showz packaging, I have to yet to have any damage because of it. Those plastic corners {in my best Jango Fett voice} "they'll do their job well."

    I posted a while back that I was going through a claim process with paypal over a missing package. They sided with showzstore and denied my claim, so now im down $156. Another online retailer ruined by UniUni. Until UniUni is out of the picture I will no longer be shopping here or from any other overseas retailer. Sorry for posting this here, i just needed to vent. I just don't feel like playing what is essentially Russian roulette with my money.

    Though making a customer wait for another customer to buy a defective item to get a refund is NOT the way to be like a big company like HLJ, BBTS, AmiAmi, etc.

    FYI, credit card claims and Paypal claims should be used as a last resort. For some retailers, if you try this and win, they will simply ban your account from future purchases. Sure there are occasionally ways around this, but the retailer will usually suffer either financially or in other ways from too many lost claims. If they truly screwed you over, they deserve it and you probably won't shop from them anyway.

    I only say this because in my experience, even with some delinquent support for lost bricks, ShowZ has *ALWAYS* come through in the end, at least for me. Very few online retailers, particularly overseas, has the type of customer service and forum presence that Frank provides, and he will work with his team to do what works best. Though I've had hit/miss success with after sales, I know that in the end if I got screwed over (usually by damage in transit or bad last-mile shipping), they will make things right with a refund.

    If you had already tried contacting them and they refused the refund, which is why you resorted to Paypal, then I apologize. But if you went for Paypal first, that might be way they sided with ShowZ.

    I actually did go to showzstore first. It was at the suggestion of one of their staff members that I go through paypal.

    Anyone else having a problem with the after sales service? I put in my email, get verification code, then when I either search for order or put order number in the screen freezes. If I refresh the page process starts all over again.

    I have two left hands for the AMK Pro Series Optimus Prime.

    Sounds nice.

    I try to ignore the comments as 98% are just people jumping on new products as quickly as possible to get a few points. Getting free points is always nice, but not sure if time spent adding comments like "Wow, this is a new figure" is really worth it. I've got maybe 45 years of good time left and I don't want to waste it going 5 reviews to earn $0.04.
