YunExpress seems to have slowed down quite a bit at Compton. Usually once it reaches the "departed shipping partner facility" in Compton, I get it within two or three days but that's not the case right now. Had a package arrive last week after being stuck there for a while and now I have two that have been there for nearly two weeks and a third that's been there for five days (the one that arrived also departed Compton on the 9th so it's weird that it got here and the others have remained for so long). Anybody know what's going on with that? I'm not to the point of worrying that they're lost but it's odd because they've always been so fast in the past.

Just received my order (megatank monocrat) and the box was open, tape cut, as well as no batteries.

Figure is fine and im very happy but just curious if this is any cause for concern, possibly a return?

If it comes with batteries in the box from the factory, the batteries are the reason for it being opened.

First off, thank you for taking our questions.

Second, I am eternally grateful that your company includes a sheet of faction badges with our purchases. This is tremendously helpful.

However, if anyone asks and a vote was being taken, I would be in favor of returning to the sheet that you were including a while back that had both clear and white outlined faction badges over the current sheet that you are including that have opposing colors for the factions included.

There are times that we need faction badges that have the white outline in order to standout correctly on some of our bots.

I may be in a minority, but I dont ever see myself needing a purple Autobot or red Decepticon badge.

Just my two cents if you're interested in any feedback. Eitherway, I'd rather have the opposition factions over no faction badges at all so please dont mistake this as a criticism, just a vote if there is anyone keeping score.

Huh. A fourth package, that went through Compton on the 20th, is out for delivery. Now I'm getting a little concerned about the ones that are stuck. They're meant to go to USPS while the one that's out for delivery is with Ontrac so I wonder if that has something to do with it (all of them started with YunExpress).

 

Yes, because they opened the package and removed them so it can travel by air. Either they remove the batteries or send it by boat.

I just want to mention that my 2 year old LOVES the character cards that come in the packages now.

 

I will second the request to return to the sticker sheet with combined clear/white backgrounds rather than the current purple/red swapped colors (shattered glass). I love these.

I'm also enjoying my set of ShowZ character cards. Although I can't seem to find any of my Optimus Prime cards that you started off distributing. My collection seems incomplete! But they are fun to collect.

My only other comment is that toy stocking seem to have slowed down since Christmas. When the gas program started I was at full V-Power. But by the end of March I'm going to be close to empty as FT/MMC/XTB/TT/MS and all the rest seem to be moving a bit slower lately. Unless you stretch out the 90 days to 180 days it will be a struggle to get back up to Silver. If this is a program designed to encourage me to purchase more, it is working!
Edit: I took another look, and if Star Toys Blitzwing shows up soon then I have a shot of getting near Silver. We need more toys.
