Something hinky has been going on with the connection to their aftersales servers in the last few weeks. When I couldn't access the old one (the one linked in the orders section) due to server time-outs I also couldn't get the new one (linked in the top menu) to properly log in. The error presented by the new one (the page itself) changed depending on what engine the browser was using (Chromium would present a network error, FireFox would time out).

Trouble is that it's not the server itself. They're able to test it internally and it works fine. It's just something to do with the external connections that's not working properly, at least depending upon where you're located.

 

I dunno. Just a little annoyed I contacted 2 people for help, and after a week all I got was "do it your damn self" basically. But whatever works I guess.

Wow, Chinese factories are known for slave labor but blood seems really bad. Sounds like the person who packed it might have cut himself on some equipment and been forced to work or get fired.

Anyone have an order ship super fast?

I ordered something on the 9th and today it says "delivery to local courier"

 

I ordered IF pipes & it shipped to ireland in 8 days. Really fast

 

My last one shipped 3/7, made it to the US in 3 days. Only catch is I won't see it for another week or two cuz it's hell in the midwest getting these middlemen to move anything in a timely fashion. But it was nice to see it get here faster than the 6-15 days it's been taking the last couple months.

 

When I try to comment on the screen appear a pop up with the message: "The number of comments should not be less than 50".

 

I wonder if that is meant to be 50 words, perhaps a new method to stop people casually commenting for points?
