We received another 40% of the CT04 recently and shipping them all out started from yesterday. The rest of the batch will be arrive later next week

Hello, has there been an increase in the reports of damaged boxes recently? Just asking because the last few orders I have received have all suffered some sort of damage. All the contents have survived unscathed, luckily, except for a couple of bent weapons which I have been able to fix. Also, I have a few upcoming pre-orders which are on the more costly side, and will admit to a bit of worry.

Anyways, no blame on you guys, I can tell you put in a lot of effort into your packaging. Just wondering if this is a widespread issue or just my luck. Thank you in advance!

I recent had a order that was nevered delived. It was shipped with the cheapest way via CDL. It showed that it was stuck in Jersey (I live in NY) since middle of June. I was checking the tracking every day and then at the End of June, the tracking all of sudden changed the progress as being delivered on June 18th at exactly at 11 AM. I had alot of porch pirates stealing stuff from my building so I had the super check the camera of the lobby on that date and time but no footage of any deliveries made at that time. I reached out to Megan at show Z and she said to call CDL with the tracking number, which is what I did yesterday. The CDL rep said there is no GPS MOVEMENT of my package on the truck that was assigned that day nor any visual proof of delivery. CDL said they will write a note on my shipping saying it was not delivered and will issue coverage to the vender (Show z) but I had to contact show z regarding a refund.

I contacted Megan again through Show Z messaging but no response. Is there any way you can help to resolve this?

I ordered the new Hephaestus upgrade kit, but I haven't received the 5,500 point refund, and I was told I would receive it for free. Can somebody help?

 

The instructions say you get the points after it ships.

 

The message is meant for Showz store admins, they have told me that they have sent me the points already, but I do not have the 5,500 points in my account.
They also told me I would be sent out the set automatically, which was false.

 

If you don't want others responding on a public message board, message them privately.

Just saying what the instructions say, which is actually thst you get the points 2 weeks after they ship.

If you already had private correspondence where they told you otherwise, that's even more reason to message them privately...why move the correspondence to a different place?

 

Because they have not gotten back to me, so I am trying all lines of communication.
As I have said they told me I already have the points, if they had not told me that, I would not be concerned.

Having a little issue with one of your recent promotions. Ordered 2x Outriders and wanted to do the promotion for adding DS Crimson Wings for $45.

Outrider was full price at $150 and paid in full, crimson wings was advertised at $45 so should be $195. I was told they could refund Outrider in points and to rebuy the promotion offer but in the basket this is now showing as $215.
