    The ETA has been pushed back to mid April 2022, we will update the ETA later in our store listing

    Just checked, 20112907282491 and 20112907271819 are both TW product, and it is been very difficult for us to get any replacement from TW, we tried several different methods: try to contact the factory, the owner of TW and the CS staff members but none of that works right now
    We recently find another contact from TW and hopefully we can get the part for you this time

    John, AKA the owner of Show.z, who is replied here from the beginning, is not MIA lol
    The holiday is over, but we recently try to expand or looking for an alternative warehouse which might be useful in the future
    So right now John is traveling to different cities in China to check the warehouse in person, so I will reply your guys questions here in the next few months I think

    So I was just browsing my watch list on @ShowZStore's site, and came across the forehead thermometer they started selling when the pandemic was getting really bad here in the states.

    That reminded how ShowZ started going out of their way, at the height of the pandemic at that, to ship us free masks with every order, and were even kind enough to send me a few extra ones when I asked if it they could.

    @ShowZStore, for me, is THE best online TFs retailer, and I think that they deserve all the appreciation in the world!!!

    BS-03 right? they just released the final product pictures two weeks ago, but other than that there is little update
    Black Apple product is still a rumor to us, we can not get any solid info whatsoever

    Yes, Tracking # will be update around 30th Nov.

    Im so happy that the day i preordered sentinel prime, he went in stock and i ordered. Ill have to cancel the preorder, got too excited when i saw in stock i just bought it
