@ShowZStore Your site link shows your site as being "Parked", meaning there's not website associated with the domain address. May want to have your site manager point the domain to the website on the host.

 

I sent them an e-mail since I’m not sure this qualifies as a missing part…it’s not a missing accessory, but something that’s supposed to be built into the unit and held in place with screws. Granted, it’s my first time having an issue with ShowZ, and you could be 100% correct.

 

it's for missing parts of the figure too.
the 2nd part of that page asks what kind of part is missing.
it has separate options for damaged parts, swapped parts(like 2 left feet), missing parts, and missing accessories.

Yikes, that is almost 70 dollars more expensive than on Planet Steel Express. Show.Z has been taking lessons from TFsource when it comes to pricing.

 

It's only 30, and that's cause PSX is how MMC sells it directly like how Fans Hobby have their own website while Showz is a different seller who needs to make a profit.

This isn't close to what TFSource does sometimes with their huge price hikes.

 

Yeah, you are right. I was calculating price currencies from HK dollars to Euros and American dollars to Euros and I confused one amount for the other. No longer in the TF Source range.
Still 30 bucks though, I am a cheap bastard.

I had put in an AS request on the replacement Locke page. Jane is saying that proof is required of defects on Locke. I really dont want to handle it anymore and the torso panels are so seized up that, im sure it will fall apart. I already included a picture of the paint missing from his nose.

 

I would request proof of a v1 Locke that doesn't have issues.

But that is pretty much the norm and I guarentee XTB is requiring it from showz.

 

My Graviter arrived yesterday. Slight damage to outer boxes. That’s okay, they’re made to take the damage and protect the contents, and I know how rough handling delivery companies can be. (I’ve worked for the Royal Mail and remember groups of guys literally throwing parcels onto the trolleys. I worked for Amazon, and they often threw stuff too. ) Product itself appears to be in great condition. A gorgeous piece. Thank you very much Show.Z!

 

How long from when something is marked as "incoming" til it's actually in stock? I'm mostly curious about Devil Saviour Split which was marked as incoming a couple weeks ago.

 

From what I gather, it's not just waiting for when the items arrive at show z, it's also things like them having boxes made prior to shipping them out and that can take some time too. But it threw me plenty of times when I saw in coming and it didn't get shipped until 10 or so days after

Really hoped the blue one would win.

 

Blue was my second choice but i'm still waiting on a white Magnus variant. Probably won't happen, though.
