ShowZstore messed up my ORDERS as well!! Pissed!! After buying, receiving

Absolute ridiculousness!!
Dudes and Dudettes!? Me need some help!! I ordered both Magic Square Deadend with Dragstrip, and MFT Grimlock...from ShowZStore. Received, opened, transformed and...WTF? MS Deadend arrived missing his rear fin/spoiler and Grimmy came missing his TRex arms and crown!!! Yes, looked in baggies and boxes! No luck! Contacted ShowZ a few times. Told to email separate person "specializing" in missing parts!! This is thier response:
"hi,
the factory said the new arrival figures have no these part.
best"
This pretty much sealed the deal in that I will not be dealing with ShowZ no longer!!
My question to the great TF communities out here is...Can anyone help either direct me to another retailer, or anyone on here ha e these parts they dont want or need?? I'd be willing to buy them. I guess I'm anal and like my figs complete lol!!

 

@ShowZStore can this guy PM you the order # and have you make it right instead of emailing the guy that gave him the runaround ?

 

Did you just send an email or supply pics as well? There could have been a translation error. Resend email with pics w/ the spots for missing things circled in red to make sure they understand.

@ShowZStore, Are you planning to carry the Pose Plus Braiger? You carry all the other Pose Plus (Pose Toy) figures but I don't see this one up for PO yet.

@ShowZStore Any word on when Gigapower Superator (Grimlock) will be out of pre-order and begin shipping? Pre-Order was place in December.

 

Same! I've been stalking overpriced resells on Ebay for months but couldn't bring myself to pay the scalper pricing. This was a really pleasant surprise.

 

They answered someone else a couple days ago that there is no info from gigapower on any of the remaining 3 but they assume at least 2 will be this year some time.

 

On their site it shows that Gaudenter might not show up until late 2021 or 2022 so if any of them kicked into next year it'll likely be him. It's just a matter of who's next. I still think it'll be Graviter.

Is there any chance you’ll break up and sell some of the vecma/mechfanstoys headmasters individually? I only need Chivalrouser/Chromedome and have been scammed 3x on eBay trying to get one. Really don’t want to have to buy all 7 to get one

I am still waiting for Unicron attachment for New Age Galvatron. Looks like the package is lost. It was sent 4/23 and still not in America. I cannot seem to comment on the item.
