When will the NA Constructicons ship/final prices be revealed for the other sets?

I think they’re just saying that due to the epidemic processing may take longer than usual. They don’t appear to be stating any issues with your parcel itself.

In fact later entry 31 May states ‘Despatched by airline’ so you’re good for now.

 

try using the tracking code with local shipping companies, if the tracking website you're using is set to check china post it may not received updates at all beyond "dispatched by airline".

 

Yeah I pretty much figured the rest but they got me with the “embarrassing transportation” part. I’m just antsy at this point but I know Big combiner + Free shipping = don’t hold your breath.

I ran it through USPS right when I got it and their last update was 4/13 so….that’s nice

This is the package from Showzstore that took 100+ days to get to me and $31 USPS ransom to find, lol:

 

Paid my chrome Grassor/Slag reissue preorder balance on 4/16.
Received notification from ShowZ that it has been shipped on 4/30.
17 track showed package movement within China during the first 1-2 weeks of May.
Received a duplicate shipment notification from ShowZ on 6/2.
Package arrived in the USA at Chicago O'Hare Airport customs on 6/9 and released from USA customs the same day.
Package arrived at FedEx facility in New Berlin, WI on 6/10.
Package arrived in FedEx facility in Georgia on 6/14.
Package finally delivered in Georgia 6/16.

This was with the free shipping option. There was no involvement with USPS for final delivery or at all. This is different from previous free shipping orders I've had with ShowZ where Pitney Bowes/USPS was involved. I don't see that the shipping was any faster this time. Shipping took about 45 days or 1.5 months. I sure do miss the 14-16 day shipping free shipping times ShowZ offered prior to the pandemic.

In any case, this is my first GP item ever and I'm very happy to see that GP updated the bot mode face sculpt to be more G1 toon accurate. The old face sculpts on the previous releases is part of what prevented me with getting GP.
While the weathered versions had better face sculpts, I've never been into the weathered/panel lined look for any item.

With that said I'm looking forward to the chrome reissue for GP Chrome Guttur/Snarl.

 

I'm 99% sure that your Grassor got returned to ShowZ. They sent you a new tracking number on 6/2 and you got your package sent via a different method. Mine ended with FedEx making the final delivery. So the 2nd attempt using expedited shipping was completed in 14 days and cost you nothing extra. Other than a month delay for Chinese customs to mess with your toys. Whenever ShowZ ever sent me anything SAL the box was delivered via USPS. Those big Zeta combiners both came via USPS for the final drop-off, not FedEx.

 

Mine was sent the second time via FedEx smart post. Got handed off to USPS at one point, was set to be delivered on Sunday, then went back to pending, and was handed back to FedEx, and delivered by FedEx. Kind of odd traveling, but I was able to track it the whole time.

Stuck with free shipping for guttur.

 

What Squishy said! Seeing that timeline though bugs me further with the whole GP return nonsense because I paid mine on 4-3 and received yesterday 6-22! Pay earlier and receive later?

 

Speaking of this kind of stuff, stupid question: the first package from China that I've ever ordered is en route. Once it's in the US does the tracking stay the same or shift to a USPS number?

When it hits the us you can usually message showz with the contact link for your particular order and they’ll send you an updated tracking number

 

When you click on the tracking number for the details, one of the lines should show the USPS tracking number that it will use. Like this:
