My last order took about 5 weeks.

If it moves in a timely manner now that it's clearly past customs and in possession of a shipping carrier, then it will be within the later of the time frame given since being shipped March 30th. The other one however was shipped Feb 22 and was in ACI's hands Mar 5th in Scottsdale, so that was 12 days from China to the U.S., through customs and over to AZ. That is awesome as far as I'm concerned with then ACI drops the ball. I dont have faith in them at this point. I just can't get over how they get it to the town of delivery and then nothing, let me know where to go, I will pick it up!

 

I had one go through them this past month, and I'd never heard of them before, either. Took about 10 days to get from LA to Tempe, so it wasn't TOO bad

 

I decided to go back and look at a couple tracking numbers of packages mailed at the same time as the one M.I.A and one of them had a 14 day ship time from China to my door which did happen to go through ACI in Scottsdale but from the time they got it till I was delivered was only 2.5 days so I guess they've been quick before, what's the deal now! I've already messaged the seller and they're sending a replacement but that's not a real fix. I'd like contact info for this company.

Hi ShowZ, for Transcraft Bumblebee, it seems like a lot of us have joints that have cracked, including me. Would you happen to know if Transcraft is going to send out replacement parts to those of us who bought the first run and are now having problems?

I have the same issue. Completely gutted over here. I don't need another new Age Galvatron, I ordered this one to get the planet. Any info on this @ShowZStore ?

Thanks to this forum I discovered Show.Z store and through Show.Z I have found the TMNT gundams and the reborn Voltron. God only knows what else I will find in the future.

 

Hey @ShowZStore, I didn't wanna message you abt this piece, since it's small, but since offered.. would be willing to replace the left shin on my TC Bumblebee?
Looks like the best option would be to replace the entire mechanism for the shin.

Dudes! (And at @Lockon Prime) And why you can't blame Showzstore all the time   but here is my last comm with USPS:
In investigating your inquiry I noticed the last time this parcel received a scan was on 4/16/2021. Unfortunately, due to the length of time that has passed since the last scan, it is possible the item was lost or damaged in processing.
It's sitting at a hub about 5 hours away from me...likely crushed beyond all recognition and USPS is just looking at it not wanting to touch it since almost a whole month now.

Damn bro, I'm really sorry to hear that!! I had that happened with a package I shipped to a fellow site member.

It sat in one spot for abt a month and half, when he should've received it in 3 days. I opened a case and they were no help at all, I pretty much got the same response you did.

But abt 2 days after I got a response, the tracking suddenly showed the package in the state it was suppose to be at, and was eventually delivered. No damage to the box or anything. So I'm hoping that that will be the same with your package!!

 

Thats not so long, had a parcel at a hub for 7-8 weeks before it started to move again again
