    Actually the destination tracking says it has left China, but I dont understand the terminology of the outbound tracking, so I can't say for sure where it is.

    MFT non Brainstorm and non Skull recieved, and excellent packaging as always. Original box -> Cardboard box -> Corners protectors -> Bubble protector -> Final envelope. :eek:

    @ShowZStore , Is there any estimate as to when Naval Commander will ship out to costumers or is it still uncertain?

    One of my packages coming from ShowZ had their status updated to "SHANGHAI CITY, 【SHANGHAI CITY】For outbound 【Reason:Has been recharged, waiting to be sent]"
    Does anyone know what that means?

    Hey @ShowZStore , which one of the Maketoys coneheads will come out first? Booster or Jetstream? Any rough idea when they'll be out?

    I had that. Promptly started moving again. Trekking all over China, though. Check the site... Trackers are slow with this company.

    These guys are hinky. Buyer beware. I ordered 4 of the same item and they only sent one. I contacted via facebook and was told I HAD TO EMAIL THE PERSON THAT PACKED THE ORDER. The first email I sent was ignored. I managed to get a reply out of them by digging up an older email inquiry and replying there. It took over a week for them to aknowledge that the wrong quantity was sent and days after that for a replacement to be alledgedly sent. Tracking on the replacement has so many typos that it looks fake. I was assured that I would get my stuff by the 12th. I have not gotten it. Now they are afk for the new year.

    I have to caution ppl here about this store. They are too slow. Items arrive beat to hell. All problems are blamed on vague things like "oh my partner didnt write down the quantity."

    Give me a break. Actually, give me a refund.

    Hey @ShowZStore is there any way to pay off the preorders? I’ve put down a number of preorders on the GIgapower dinobots and wanted to start paying them off? Is that something you allow or have looked into doing? Seems you only allow a full payoff atm

    Sorry you had a bad experience, but for most people here that seems to be the exception. Most have received amazing service from them.

    Depends.
    If there is a set price then usually yes you can pay it off... At the top, go to my account -> my pre orders, and if it is available you will see 'pay balance' on the right hand side of the screen.

    some of the gigapower dinobots don't have a set price yet, so they don't know how much to let you pay off yet.
    the others can be paid in full through your preorders page, but only the full amount.

    their website doesn't have a system for partial payments, if you want to make regular partial payments you'll have to use the points system.
    [Payment Plans (sorta!)] Show.Z Store Points
    this can be done in multiples of $20(2000 points), which you can apply to your pre-order for 1 point per $1 during your final payment for that order(points are stored in your account, and until used for a final payment they can be used for any order except pre-order deposits)

    Never had them make an error like that with anything I've bought from them and any problems I've had their customer service representatives have been very helpful, the stuff is being shipped from China it takes a while especially in these times of global pandemic. Sorry you've had such a rough time of it but it's a rare thing for @ShowZStore to not help you out.

    You have to contact ShowZ via Email and and ask for Frank. He is the one that
    has contact to the Shipping Guys.

    About the Slow Shipping of ShowZ:

    You guys do know that ShowZ is currently flooded with Orders yes?

    When I first ordered from them
    (Found the here at TFW2005) they had only a few Items on their Website Store.
    Only a few Companies that produce Figures were available.

    Look at the Store Page now.
    On the left Side. So many Companies, so many Stuff for Sale.

    There is sure some Kind of Chaos going on at the Shipping Bay.

    But in the End, they will always send out your Stuff.

    HOW Fast you get it, depends on YOUR choosen Shipping Company.
    You can even ask them which Companies they have available to Ship your Items with.

    And for wrong Quantity Delivery:

    It depends on how often you Order,
    and how good ShowZ actually remembers you.

    For example: I order EVERY Figure 2x.
    Many Orders I had.

    So they basically see at the Shipping Bay
    "Oh that Guy / Name again" > 2 Units as always.

    You just have to be in good Contact with them, then they get your Quantity right.

    They're a good website, you just happened to have a bad experience. I 100% understand where you're coming from, but there are 465 pages of posts where people in this thread praise them.
