The same thing just happened to me, I got an email saying two items had shipped, but I know for a fact that they're already on their way.

For 1st release it says 32,74$? and that is my release

For 2nd release it says 29,20$?

I want to pay for it in the beginning of September but I do not know which one should I pay?

Also should I pay 32 or 33 or 29 or 30? As the additrional postage is 1$each unit and I can't pay for cents.

@ShowZStore I do not think you have understood my question. I have already fully paid for 1st release in June for that Unicron and it was 1st release. But due to pandemic you could not send him to me. So you should have mine Unicron still waiting to be shipped to me. Here is my order number 19080115223757. And I only wanted to pay for express shipping in beginning of September. That is why I am asking what price I should pay for the shipping? OR are you saying that you have sold mine Unicron that I have paid for already fully 2 months ago?

 

Hello there! Thanks for shipping so fast. I’ve got a quick question. My order has arrived at LAX and is now listed as having left customs at the airport. Will I be able to track the package before it arrives at my house? Or will the package be handed over to the USPS?

Still waiting? If this works out, will you ship out all the items on hold? I've been waiting for mine since February.

Also, the item I ordered is TransArt Beast Wars Transmutate, which appears to have a replacement spine coming out. Is it possible for that to be included in the shipment?

 

I'd like to know this as well, been waiting since the Zeta days... Also, a couple more questions concerning CELL for Canadians:

1. Will you notify us to give us the option for this new shipping method or we have to request it when it becomes available aftering testing?
2. And, as you sold out of CELL, I'm assuming all our pre-orders are "safe" and you've been holding them in your warehouse?
