I’ve got one in stock and one incoming order, but the in stock one hasn’t shipped yet. Any idea if it’s related to the recent shipping changes or if it’s because the in stock and incoming ones will be shipped together? I’ve never ordered two items from showz so close together, nor an incoming one so I’m unsure how it’s handled.

 

I take it back, I did get an email about a replacement head. I was expecting showzstore in the email title @ShowZStore

 

Received my TE-03 from ShowZ today. It was shipped using special shipping (the no cost shipping.) It was shipped on 7/28 and it only took a little over a week to get here. Here's the kicker. It was processed through Pitney Bowes and I was expecting to not receive it until September.

At the same time, I paid the $6 for standard shipping for another item and it landed in L.A. around the same time. I just received an email from Fedex Smartpost that my package was picked up with delivery date still pending. I'll probably receive it next week.

Crazy how fast Pitney Bowes can be if they get off their butts.

Kudos to Showz for the excellent packing.

I just dont get how some got it shipped without extra costs and some have to pay. Im not in a dangerous country and it certainly cant be weight related!

How do you know when an order has shipped? Mine has said “All Payment Received” for the last couple days. Both items in the order are in stock. The shipping chosen was the 15 business day. Thanks

Got my "Tactics Waistcoat" from ShowZ earlier this week. I won't have time to mess with it for a while, but, as always, I can't believe what an AMAZING job ShowZ does in packaging stuff! I think someone could have driven over the box and nothing would have been damaged. Thank you for the great work.

 

Roadking arrived on monday, shipped for free with SF Express. Well packed but a bit substandard:



And today i received Doomsday, came with SF Express and i paid 10€ for shipping. Took exactly as long as the
free shipping option, so as long as the Pandemic is going on it's free shipping for me from now on. Packaging
was sufficient but i wouldn't describe it as good, just bubblewrap. The box is a little bit concave as if something
heavy rested on it. Not a big deal, just stating the facts.

And yes, no custom duties or taxes as always  

 

Got my shipping info three days ago for the KO MP-44, but no updates yet. Is that typical?

 

Funny enough, my TE-03 that was handed off to PB, is out but my Gewalt that is coming FedEx, is taking the scenic route. Grab me a Grand Canyon magnet.

Just recieved my TE-03. Shipped on July 27th and packaged perfectly with styrofoam and all. @ShowZStore did a fantastic job with the shipping and handling, wish I could say the same for Transform Element. Seems the quality control person didn't see the missing left hip flap.
Also, no instruction booklet. Not sure if he is suppose to have one or not.

there's an QR code which when scanned leads to a transformation video.

 

Hello SHOWZ.

I was recommended to post here for some help. I have a piece on my not-more-than-24-hours old CT-01 cang toys ferocious. It broke last night while transforming back from combined mode. I need replacement parts for both the crotch peg piece and the foot piece it pegs into. Is this possible, am I in the right place?

 

Received my TE-03 today, shipped on 7/28 through SF Express. Mine did not come in styrofoam, just bubble wrapped in a firm card board box. Luckily no shipping damage and the toy box is in perfect condition. Everyone’s mileage varies...

I wish my Tactics Waistcoat would ship. I got the "shipping label created" message 8 or 9 days ago, but it hasn't reached FedEx yet. Shipping from ShowZ's partner in San Francisco.

 

I don’t think he comes with any instructions, should probably have both hip flaps though!
