My Wei Jiang OS SS Blackout that shipped out June 1 finally updated to show that it was in LA at a partner facility! I was getting ready to accept that it was lost. Of course now, since it most likely is with Pitney Bowes, a new round of waiting begins, but at least it isn't missing completely!

I can't believe how hard it is to get a resolution to a defective figure with this store. I've getting the run around for over 3 months to get a replacement hip joint. I get the virus sucks and everything, you would think sense fighting sense late march to get a replacement hip for a defective toymage BW megatron

 

I think it's not up to the store but the company and the factory producing their toys. I've been waiting 5 months for a replacement for my WJ Prime shipped because hey gotta wait for another batch and in the meantime they got raided...

 

Hey @ShowZStore, I paid four WJ M09 Optimus Prime in full, but with everything that's going on, and not knowing when he'll be released, I was wondering if it'd be possible to get a partial refund for him.

There's something else on your site that caught my eye that I'd like to buy, but I'd rather not lose my preorder on M09, just in case he does get released. Is it possible to get a $90 credit and just leave a $14 downpayment on him?

thanks for the update regarding Canada shipping. so for the $6.9, is that by air using ePacket? i'm guessing not slow boat since it says 15 days. also, i'd like some confirmation if possible that it's NOT going to the Shanghai port like last time and get stuck there for months.

also if i decide not to go ahead with the pre-order purchase, do i just let it auto cancel and i will get the deposit back as credit? or should i just cancel it manually and request the credits?
