Just paid the extra $6 shipping for the airplane ticket. I'm willing to bet I'll recieve my Phantom Mirage before my DX9 Kukinskis. I ordered 2 Kukinskis, both shipped on June 13th, one has made it to Carol Stream Illinois (wherever that is) and the other is in Greenwood Indiana???? Trying to get to Wisconsin... Ughhh Pitney Blows goats

Seems like the majority of packages are hitting a black hole once they reach pitney bowes. I have like five packages at the "picked up and processed by agent" step (not all from showZ), some for several weeks.

 

Yep me too. I had one constructor shipped before another one I purchased and it’s stuck in the Inglewood , ca status and the other one has been moved on. Weird.

 

Me too... five packages "lost in combat". Well, not lost at all   but stuck in some place.

@ShowZStore I think everyone in the 01-Studio CELL thread will agree with me when I say S. F. Express is total trash and gives your company a dis service and bad name. Paying over $50 for shipping and waiting over a month is insulting. I could see other collectors no longer buying from the store.

 

We can't ship items over 2kg if you are in Spain...
Need to wait until the airline back online or you pay extra so we ship it via express method

Kinda slow since we moved to a new warehouse
Takes a lot of time to move ...

Thanks Show. I understand. It’s crazy with shipping right now.

 

Personally, I'm pretty happy with my experience with SF Express. I think the majority of the people who ordered using express actually got it pretty quickly. Like it was kind of slow for something with "express" in the name but it was still faster than anything else right now. I understand the frustration and I would be frustrated too if mine had been stuck that long but please don't presume to speak for "everyone in the cell thread." Some of us are plenty happy with how it worked out.

 

Same. My ShowZ order hit Cali over a week ago, and PB hasn’t made the handoff to the Post Office yet. Since they’re in the process of dismantling the US mail system, I don’t expect to see my stuff before August.

It could be worse; Robotoybase put my stuff on a boat and that was the last time it was scanned or seen again..

How much is the extra pay for a Megatron T08?. On Aliexpress you posted 114€ of Shipping to spain... it's insane.

 

I know you have to deal with nonstop complaints, but just wanna let you know the shipping to Canada has never been quicker, thanks!
