    I don't know that they're slow as much as they're still waiting on getting stock when it seems like other people already have stock. I've learned to live with it as Show.Z's prices are generally the best. Doesn't mean I still don't shop around to be sure.

    The communication is pretty good when you reach out to him.

    I made a big order of about six items and wanted to cancel one of them. The order is marked as shipped, yet some of them are pre-order items that haven't come in yet. The cancelled item is also still on the order.

    I don't particularly care for the way orders are handled but Chi has been awesome communicating when I reach out to him. Friendly and helpful with problems like my Firage leg.

    As long as I get the rest of my order and they arrive in good shape, I'll continue to order from him. He's done good by me so far.

    He didn't order stuff from me. He tried to get accessory of a figure I ordered which my seller didn't get back to me. Ouch.

    I didn't request payment neither.

    Sorry man. You tried to buy my Peru Kill dog but my seller didn't get back to me so I canceled the order. I ended up buying a used one without the dog.

    I still haven't received an answer as to if the remainder of my order shipped. I guess I'll have to message again tomorrow. It's a pain in the ass though. I just want to place my order, give my money to the seller and have them do their part and let me know when they ship my order or at a minimum notify me timely if an issue arises.

    The 2/3 of my order that I'm looking to get information on is now no longer in stock and one of the bots is priced 10.00 higher than I paid. It's a week in and I don't know if the order wasn't able to be filled and they're looking to acquire the bots, having to potentially refund me or if they managed to ship them. Just hanging out in limbo.

    You should’ve just owned up to not reading closely/making assumptions to start with. Instead you double-downed on your snark and now look like a fool.

    Hi guys
    Just found this and I read all the messages you guys left.
    Thank you for the advises!
    We will have a meeting to about late tracking upload problem and hope we could solve this issue in the future.
    It usually takes longer to ship because we need to transfer items from our warehouse to the international shipping center which gonna take about 2-4 days(China domestic shipping time from Guangzhou to Shanghai or Beijing)

    Anyway if you guys have any other advises just post it here, we will check it time by time.

    I went ahead and sent you a follow-up message via FaceBook. It just occurred to me, which is bad on me, that this isn't just a few hour time zone difference. It's late Sunday night here and according to Google it's 1pm in China. I may not have messaged previously when I thought I was. For me it was the next day but now I'm wondering if, for you, it was the same day.

    We reply all FB message on work day morning and will reply some messages on weekends(not often), I think you didn't get a reply because we already done replying all messages on FB before 1pm that day. Sorry

    Next time just leave us a message about what you need and we will back to you as soon as we see it.

    So everyone knows. ShowZ just replied to my FaceBook message and after looking at the time stamps and comparing them to Google...I was wrong. I placed my order with the website on 3/19. 1/3 of my order shipped on 3/20 and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. The remaining 2/3 was shipped on 3/21. I sent the requested follow-up asking for the second tracking number too late at night. It was 6:40ishpm on Friday and I wasn't thinking of how big the time gap would be between the US and China. It was close to 3am Saturday morning in China. That's on me. I feel like an ass now...

    He’s reliable guys. Everyone can sleep relaxing knowing he’s here to help us. Even if I had 2 wait two weeks, that’s ok because I know it’ll eventually come. Thanks show Z!
