    Can I ask a serious question? Why is everyone bringing up their transaction/shipping problems on the public forum instead of DM'ing Showz or some other direct method.. I'd imagine you'd get better results doing so.

    How are these guys dealing with defective products? I ordered the unique toys black challenger and it has two of the same grill pieces on it so I can’t transform it into truck mode.

    ShowZ is amazing when it comes to after sales support. At least that’s been my experience. They should get back to you within a day or two if you send them a message.

    Absolutely. I've had several situations where I needed parts for figures that were either defective OR where I likely broke something and was at fault. @ShowZStore has taken care of it quickly and hasn't even let me pay for the part or the shipping even when I've told them up front it may have been my fault. TERRIFIC customer support even after the sale.
