Hey, I'm Canadian and use Show Z. Use the tracking number on the Canada Post site, it will tell you a more accurate current status. I've had delays too, sometimes I get things in a week, others 6 weeks. All the delays are always on the Canadian side. The item arrives here in a couple days - but then just sites with Canada Post. Might have something to do with the level of priority shipping paid on the item and they just don't rush with it. Again, check the CP site and track there. If it's in Canada, it'll get to you. You could always open a ticket, but they'll give you the run around.

 

Where has it stalled? Like what status? Mine usually take a couple days max when they are "in transit" and my last shipment took a few extra days from "mailed in originating country -> arrived in Canada"

 

My orders sometimes stall when it hit's Vancouver customs, never if it's Toronto customs. I've heard Vancouver guys say the opposite so I'm guessing if you live close to either customs clearing they expedite while if it has to be routed elsewhere it gets put into another pile of "to be sorted".

 

I use 17track.net to get both the Chinese and Canada Post side of tracking. Stuff from Show.Z usually arrives in less than two weeks but I've had stuff stuck at customs for nearly a month as well. Are you at 'Item has arrived in Canada and was sent for further processing.'? Or some other status?
