    That really sucks. Showz is not an ebay scammer. If they sent you the wrong thing it was most certainly an accident. Message him on here. You were not going to get responses on the website during the Chinese New Year. He checks on here more, but even then it still the CNY.

    Chances are in a rush to ship the orders they could before CNY they made a mistake.

    I guarentee they will fix the problem.

    Sorry to hear that. I'd give him a day to respond cause it might have been a warehouse worker screwing up trying to finish orders before CNY. Shit happens, it sucks, but it does and from my experience ShowZ has your back. I know cause I've had missing/bad parts from factories or a wrong shipment, which they corrected immediately.

    I suggest you wait a few days.
    I don't know how the set is normally packaged, but if each figure is in its own box rather than a big box they might've sent them as individual shipments.

    they often send individual items separately, even if they've been ordered together.

    He only provided me with one tracking number for one package. That is the one that arrived on Saturday.

    their system can only automatically send 1 code per order, they'll manually send additional tracking codes for split shipments upon request.

    This is normal. I ordered about a dozen items in one transaction. I got them in, one by one, a few days between each one and under one tracking number (that eventually spawned into multiple USPS guides).

    Show-Z is not a scammer, dozens of us are regular customers and have experienced this, pretty much every time, so yep, it's normal.

    Show-Z is not for the gotta-have-it-yesterday crowd. You will wait, quite a bit sometimes, even more during busy postal seasons and customs shut-downs, but if you're more concerned about getting sweet figures on a tight budget, they are the best. Best at customer service (during Chinese business hours), best at product selection, best price.

    Patience is the #1 virtue to have when buying from show-z, that'sall.

    Edit: I've never had a wrong item sent to me, but contact them on here, on their FB page or on the wrbsite and in a couple of days they'll respond and get it fixed. Mistakes happen, they are human, after all.

    What we get previously are Chinese version so it's late than others
    But for now we already changed our source to the oversea version so future zeta items should be as fast as US sellers

    Cardboard boxed, bubble wrapped and corner protectors.

    Very impressed.

    Just another shout out for @ShowZStore. I ordered my Xtransbots Savant back in October. Only got around to transforming him to bot mode a couple/few weeks ago and discovered he had a bad/loose left shoulder. I contacted ShowZStore and they immediately asked for a video of the issue, then responded that they would contact Xtransbots. A weekish later they confirmed part was on it's way and it arrived today. My Savant is now fixed. Props to ShowZStore for great after sale service as usual!
