The manager actually did offer to do that before just cashing me out, but I figured a Samsung had a good chance of not being crappy. However it is not crappy, and the only problem I've had with it is that I haven't figured out how to tell it to NOT automatically turn on subtitles on some discs, but that's an easy one-button correction. --Moony
