Wow everyone is so clean. I can't seem to keep mine that way no matter how many times I clean it. This is the worse it's been so far though.

This. To be honest, most of my kitbashing nowadays gets done either on my lap in front of my computer, or on my lap in front of the telly downstairs. :p

i think we have the same workbench (or something very similiar), yet you have me beat with that light. that's.....pretty awesome. Don't know why i haven't thought of that before.

Dude, mine literally looks like yours 99% of the time. I'm usually working on a few projects at once, with bots, parts, paint, q-tips, dremel & bits.....the whole works right there. lol

I still haven't snapped a pic though--I'm usually too busy to bother pulling it out for that reason. haha

I've been working in my room here some (which includes my workspace). I'm still nowhere near where I want to be, but I'm closer than when I posted last :)

After doing minor alterations over the years (the first was modding Energon Megatron to make his sword and tank turrent optionally hand-held), I've decided to get into it a bit more. My first step was coming here, of course...but after reading tutorials, tips, and techniques, my first glaring problem was the lack of a real place to work. I don't have a whole room (or half of one for that matter) to devote to the practice, so I needed a workspace that I could put away.

After reading this article in last month's Popular Mechanics, I set to work. Despite my utter lack of woodworking skills, I've nearly gotten it done and am currently finishing it up. After I get everything filled, sanded, and stained, I'll be ready to load my Dremel, files, soldering iron, and such into it by Monday. Hopefully my styrene order will arrive by midweek so I can get started. I'll be sure to post a few pictures when I get it done!

i don't have a garage and the house is overrun by three beautiful women so i can't really complain that much. the "work bench" is always clean because of the above. leaving it unkept would only lead to world war III.

traces of cuts, holes and my blood can be found here as well. in the future i hope scientist can find this and clone me or something and give my clone a man cave.

this thread was just too cool , just a reminder I'm the battle but Guy. So if you think a lot of my equipment is a little too heavy duty for customs.

This is awesome by the way, I know its kinda monday morning quarterbacking but I had an idea for it.

build a parts box on the baackside that billfolds out, so the drawers face you when deployed. I love this kinda stuff, Great going it looks awesome!
