Those leg covers for Grimlock are custom made or?

 

a true classic never goes out of style. that soundwave mold still looks great ever after all this time. i loved all the options it came in as well. i miss all my little s-dubs. they were super cool and the tapes really kicked ass.

I’ve had my set since launch and I absolutely love the whole set overall. Some people have had issues with a couple of the bots, but I’ve not heard of any issues with me as or specifically. Mine is nice and solid as it was when I received it

Thanks for this. I'll be getting the rest of the dinos in toon deco but I doubt I'll be buying the rest of the toy dinos so I snagged one of these filler sets for my ex grimmy.

Just got the EX version of NA's Magnus and decided it was time to catch up on some pics.






NA's EX Magnus, my custom battle damaged MST Magnus v2, and MFT's OSKO of MST's Magnus v1.



All of my NA Maschinenmensch mold. Love the mold but the backpack is ridiculous looking and I never intend to transform any of them (plus Paradron medic and Elita 1 were shown without any backpack in the cartoon and the figure's alt mode isn't even close to correct for Elita).



I realize that, in the cartoon, as soon as Cyclonus and Scourge woke up, they brushed off the medics and went on to do dastardly things but I kinda' like the idea of these two becoming a thing. I also didn't give the medic an Autobot symbol even though she had one in the cartoon because I didn't think it made sense. In my mind, the Autobots were a faction in the war, not the default for all Cybertronians so I don't think it makes sense that unaligned characters would have the symbol.



Newage Elita with MST Optimus v2. She really ought to be a little taller to fit with him but I kinda' love how they look together. Besides, if we're getting nitpicky about accuracy, then she needs all kinds of changes so she doesn't look like just another Arcee with a new head, chest, and waist.

 

Well got in some new legends figures, so time to update the legends shelf pictures.

 

What I got after a year into Legends scale.
Actually there are some more Newage figures but I cannot stack any more boxes....

No it's closer to chug scale If it was legends scale Saber would be the size of a car bot. Smaller than Optimus. Actually it doesn't work perfectly with either chug or legends. The combined mode is closer to legends scale for chug it should be larger, but the mini bot is chug scale.


Kadmos is legends scale.

 

Repost, I know, but, MP seekers are actually legends *scale* (not legends class), you can't change my mind.

 

I would be happy with Robot Masters scale, which both Hasbro and Takara seem to have settled on, where Star Saber is 6 meters, the same height as Optimus Prime. Victory Saber gets to be the brute.

If we wait long enough, I'm sure Magic Square or newage will make some amazing version that scales really well.

 

Still not lovin' her tedious, crappy-shoulders-havin' ass, but I'm stuck with her...I can't even tell you how long it took to get in that pose because of the hands and shoulders lol

 

I wish I would've got Haslab Victory Saber but I didn't and have to live with that lol. Not even go NA try to get one aftermarket due to the probably overwhelming markups. Does anyone recommend a good legends scaled Victory Saber?
