My crowning achievement is one post where I had 1500+ likes, and I have no idea why lol. It was a pic of Perfect Effect Optimus in my kitchen, taken with my phone. (Most of my pics are phone pics anyway). My next closest pic has like 500.

@IronMachine @Snaku @RedEG6 @Tekkaman Blade - they're some 3d printed pitched as "upgrade kit" non-poseable figures being hocked on eBay for $50-60 for all 5   really want them as well but can't justify the prices on them. Somebody really needs to get on an affordable substitute for those characters in legends scale.

I dunno if those are painted, but they look quite well-finished. The color lines are sharp and they either have a really nice 3D printer, or they took the time to sand them down before painting. Probably worth that money, for the time alone.

 

$50 is a bit much but to complete your G1 legend display I think I'd do it. Don't need adult Spike & Carly with Daniel, just these 5.

 

When I am done with the APBT dioramas I am def going to make my own human figures.
Got the modeling polyester yesterday with a heat gun, this is a new way of modeling for me so it is going to take some practice but I was impressed with the things you can make from this polyester.

First ‘cel shaded’ purchase. Excellent paintwork. Was wowed by the TW cel shaded Devastator(both paint & price ). Would definitely buy/rebuy almost any mold in this style if it was done this skillfully at legends scale  

 

Do you have a link, I saw a lot of upgrade kits but these weren't ones listed

Search ebay. That's the only place I've seen them. When you Google search em individually it only shows you a Pinterest photo of the first prototype prints, but you can find them for sale on ebay

 

Photos of those cell shaded figures always trip me out.

I just got Whiskey Jack in! These guy is seriously tiny! Love it! The paint job is very well done and he is great all around!

ToyWorld really knows how to make a good small figure for Sure.

 

I got mines from The Chosen Prime, willing to bet @GunplaGamer did too. Seems like they are the only retailer thus far. It was $45 + tax & shipping(around $55 total).
