I've got the DX9 set, but ultimately settled on the toon edition of the MFT set. I prefer their size, and their closer to screen colors than the metallic MFT set, but the lack of silver paint apps drives me nuts. They look pretty dull without them.

Thankfully my son didn't want the articulated Grimlock arms that came with his metallic version, so all I have to do is get around to doing some painting and my toon set will be solid.

I do wish MFT would do the DX9 black ops set. They were really hard to pass up at TFCon, last fall. Great color scheme.

 

I would rather have their size but they just looked too drab for me. I like my Dinos but it's definitely a set I'd double dip when someone improves on them (as long as the size is right).

Yep, both are CW (Unite Warriors actually) with the KO PE kits. Also Menasor has Takara's Runabout instead of Blackjack.
