Hahaha! Yeah, I was planning on having Trypticon in place to keep Metroplex busy before setting up the Devastator fight but painting and stickering him has been taking longer than I'd expected.

 

I've had my Dinbots going after Predaking.

 

And because Trypticon was busy getting beautiful Devastator was crushed and the Decepticons lost their greatest builders.

What are Bumblebee, Jazz, Prowl, Blaster and Six-Gun (I see you their doing a sneak attack) doing in this battle. Dinobots don't need any help, not with little bots, not with big bots!

In some universe, there's a me that's half as good as you are at putting on decals. It's not this universe.

 

Thank you! Tweezers to place them and then I use a paintbrush to push them down and smooth them out. I still fuck up on a lot of them, though. Trypticon has plenty that are crooked

Hahaha! It is sooooooo slow today. I'm probably gonna' leave early. And work on Trypticon.

[Edit] And most of my Trypticon work has just been panel lining. Too lazy to do much else. Picked out a few areas in metallics but he's got so much detail I'd be working at it for another month if I tried to do all of it.

Yeah, that's way too much work. I did use golds and coppers in a lot of similar areas but I didn't do nearly as many. Also used a decent amount of steel and gunmetal and I put more emphasis on his bot mode than his ship/city modes.

 

are you using pens or paint brushes? i have finally got my plex all nice and white. so now it is time to detail him.

 

Brushes. There's no reason I couldn't do a fully painted custom except that I'd get somewhere between 1/3 and 2/3 through it before I ran out of steam. Then it'd sit in pieces in my work room for the next several years and every time it caught my eye, I'd be like, "I need to get back to that someday." In fact, I wasn't so much "done" with painting Tryppy so much as I was f'ing done so I decided to call it good and start in with the stickers.
