I was hoping DX9 would downscale Gabriel like with what they did to Mightron
Same here. I have found my 32cm downsized devastator with the new ko, i need a 34cm omega now.
Anyone got the toyhax stickers for trypticon or fort max? Im thinking about it but damn theyre not free.
Finally managed to track down this pocket toys soundwave been looking ever since I was scammed back in January
Looks like soundwave has been caught on an infiltration mission by the guardian robots
look out behind you soundwave.
Saw this on Facebook very clever combiner
I dub it: Nightmare-acles.
my newest bots for the week...yay!
the funny thing is NA goldbug is a much better bot than bee. now dai atlas is a fun bot as well and not as bad as i heard. but i only grabbed him to complete a group.
Is this a KO or an original legends Soundwave? Any idea how he might scale against Magic Square Blaster?
Apologies for peppering you with questions, I just haven't seen this guy before.
It's a 1:1 KO of DX9's Sonic Wizard. MST's Blaster is bit bigger & bulkier, but not by very much.
MS blaster was made to scale with DX9 soundwave.

Thanks! How good is the quality of this KO versus the DX9 original?
I don't recall hearing any complaints, but I've only handled the DX9 version so I can't say for sure. I'm sure others can chime in.
Latest pic of my collection. Can't remember how long it's been since my last one so it might only be Smokescreen who's new in this pic. I also brought in the Jada toys Optimus truck even though it's not even close to the right size. Kinda' almost works with the trailer being raised a little on the monitor stand but doesn't stand up to scrutiny. That's fine though 'cuz I like it.
Really wish someone would do the Insecticons. Preferably NA or MST - I'd like them no bigger than the NA carbots.
Last few days a a few DX9 WiP Dinobots trinkled in.
The DX9 WiP Doombringers don't belong in this display, but till I get more shelves they'll be here. Don't like their scale in comparisson to Optimus Prime and the Dinobots but would like Newage Ironhide and Ratchet to be this size. On Action Robo I read they are the same size as Jazz and Prowl (7.6 cm / 3"), little bumped out, still getting them as they seem the best legend incarnation at the moment of these two.
Take the measurements retailers list online with a grain of salt, as they're not always correct. I don't know for sure of course, but I'd be very surprised if NA's Ironhide and Ratchet end up the same size as their carbots.
Here's the best comparison shot that I've seen for the vans (from the NA Datsun thread):
They look about a head taller than the other carbots going by this photo. And they are further from the camera, so maybe a bit taller still.
I need that Megatron in my life! It won't scale with anything I own but it just looks so good!
Newage has enough time to make it the same size or 1 or 2 mm taller than DX9 Dutch. Fingers crossed!
Yeah but I'm weird about my Legends scale. I like them to scale the same way that MP figures do so I use Newage carbots, MS minibots (and Trailbreaker), and HS and MFT larger bots. It creates a few oddities - my Dinobots are ginormous compared to my carbots (they're actually pretty big even next to other MFT bots), my Reflector is too big, and my Devastator is a little too big as well (got the Wei Jiang version rather than waiting for the more correctly sized Yuexian or whatever it's called) but otherwise I really like how it works. NA Megatron will be too small to replace my MFT Megatroun. But he's so good looking I'll find a place for him anyway - probably on my Optimus/Megatron shelf. I know the evidence suggests that Newage is DX9 but their designs are so much nicer than DX9's stuff so I'm hoping they'll eventually do an Optimus to go with their Megatron.
Nothing weird about that! A perfectly sensible scale preference IMO.
