Just came back from Best Buy here in Vermont and found the new DVD set out a week early. Last I checked these where dated for a 6/16 release. I took a pic hopefully I uploaded it right I've neve done it before. And sorry if this is posted in the wrong section I'm new here.

They are doing the series by season and complete series (Matrix set). The Matrix set is due out around fall I think.
No, no at their actual stores. They had 4 in stock each at the 3 I went to. All on sale for $19.99. My brother wants to go back and get one while I'm going to wait for the Matrix of Leadership boxed set.

Dude, I've seen it, too. Just like Locustreign said, I don't bring a camera with me, even if I did, I wouldn't take a pic of it to prove it to people like you. Here's a fact for you, DVDs often break street dates early. Especially ones not released by the big studios. Many places in NYC have DVDs early.
I already have the Chinese Tin of the complete G1 cartoon, but I may just check these out at that kind of price. Not bad at all.
I went back to best buy today and picked it up. I haven't watched any episodes yet but the "Triple Changer" feature was pretty cool. It talks of the evolution from toys to comics to cartoon series. I'll post pics of it tomorrow all opened up with the things it was packed with (magnet and such). I know dvd's have a tendancy to get released early just here in VT so I was excited to see it.
Watched the bonus disk from netflix. All of the kids faces in the commercials are blurred out which is very odd and the quality of the commercials, even the G2 optimus prime was not that great, very surprising. And even though they show plenty of commercials in the first extra they only have three. Maybe they are saving the reset of the other seasons or something? Still... three? The extra's really are not worth buying the set again, glad I passed.
