Should there be blind bagged Titan Masters?

Like the blind-bagged Kreons, only one single figure per bag. These would generally be alternate color schemes like Sunbow Highbrow, other existing characters and completely new characters.

These would be much more useful than a Kreon figure I think.

Hmm... as much as I don't like characters getting full bodies, I would like extra variants of preexisting heads besides those included with Takara figures. Sure! Could be fun!

Although the plastic quality better be good because the reason why I didn't buy many Kreon Micro Changers was because all of the components of my Bruticus (my only Micro Changer set) all had stress marks on their wrists straight out of the box. Vortex's wrist was even cracked.

Ehh, I always hated the gambling aspect of purchasing CCGs when I collected those as a teen, and it was enough to make me uninstall Overwatch. I like to know what I'm paying for when I purchase a toy.

Man that sounds like an awful idea. I like knowing what I get, and it'd suck to have multiples of the same face you don't like.

Agreed, sifting through the Tiny Titans packages so I didn't get stuck with something I didn't want was an eye opener to how badly I hate the concept of blind packing.

Thinking about it, I wish Hasbro would have made a grab back assortment like those Marvel minifigs a few years ago. Cast in several different colors of plastic, leave the painting to us. I'd love that shit. If they could pull that off with Titan Masters, I'd be happy as well. I don't have a problem with doing my own paint apps, I'd just like each mold in different colors. I'm weird like that.

I'd rather have them packaged the way they are: with a little vehicle/animal and knowing what you are getting. Also, I'd rather see the TM's that are included with pre-existing figures (i.e. Diac, Stylor, Soundblaster, Nucleon, etc.) get solo packaging.

Blind bagging is evil and should be discouraged. Toy collecting is already addictive enough without introducing children to life-ruining gambling.

I'd absolutely buy them up, probably in multiples.

My nephew loves the Tiny Titans, with the trick of reading the card in the package I have been able to get a bunch without any doubles and it only takes a few seconds to check each pack. As long as you know the characters in the series, their name can be read through the package.

I'm surprised we haven't seen this from TakaraTomy yet. A throwback to the original white Headmaster head promotion items would be a great idea.

I love the Titan Master series, maybe more than any other aspect of the line. I do wish there was a DX set with maybe 1 or 2 of the mini vehicles and at least 5-6 of the Headmsters. With all the extra seats being added to the larger class toys it would be great to be able to build a Bot or Con army quicker.

You mean TCGs. And buying packs of TCGs and Loot boxes in OW isn't the same as gambling. Just looking at Overwatch, I take it you bought a few loot boxes and got very upset that you didn't get the legendary skin you wanted. Pathetic reason to uninstall a perfectly good game if you ask me.

*Ahem*. And no, I didn't buy a single lootbox. I bought the game because they advertised that all cosmetic stuff would be purchasable with coins, and they lied about that. I was frustrated with TF2 at the time for the very same thing and that move put me off Overwatch entirely. After that, it wasn't hard to get bored with a game that has so little content, especially given the overtly hostile player base prone to lashing out childishly, a trait you've just demonstrated perfectly. I ended up gifting my account to my little brother, and he seems to quite enjoy Overwatch. Either way, I don't enjoy RNG (or whatever you choose to call it) in games, it was frustrating with CCGs, and I would loathe it in transformers.

Yes, they made a huge mistake when they made Summer Games cosmetics not purchasable with coins. Halloween Terror kind of corrected that. And of course the game doesn't have much content, it was just released a few months ago. It's also rather disheartening that simple games of chance where you are guaranteed to get something, unlike gambling, can cause so much grief that it causes people to completely reject an entire larger entity.

Blindbagged headmasters? Nah. Cuz then you wind up with a bunch of bodiless heads. And no vehicle to display them in.
Now blindbagged Arms Microns or Targetmasters? Sign me the fuck up. Cuz even if you get duplicates, that just means you have "Moar dakka!" for your figures

maybe if they came with the little vehicles as well.

Otherwise, if it's just the heads, that's not exciting.

I mean, the Gacha Arms microns turned into weapons, which was fun.
    But just heads?
    Not so much.

I'm tired of seeing blind bagged figures for everything, but there would probably be a way to figure it out before buying like with the Kreons. I'd still prefer to just see what I'm getting with the current Titan Master packaging.

You can bet your arse that Hasbro considered and shot down the idea pretty quick. With a titan master on its own, there's relatively little play value. They don't have accessories, they don't transform into anything useful, and they're not all that poseable. They need an accessory, such as the little vehicle thingies they come packed with, to get kids to want them.

Compare to LEGO's blind-bagged minifigures. They're all basic figures at their core, but each one has accessories that makes them worth having.
