I remember years ago now seeing the Japanese one, and he was one of the first TF's that got me back into Transformers at all. Anyways, I ordered the Japanese one and have the US release- he is very worth it all around.

He's a cool fig no doubt, but am I the only one that has a problem with loose shoulders on their RID Scourge?

I bought mine from RID when he came out and now he has really loose shoulders. All he does is sit in robot mode on my self, only been transformed once, and that was when I took him out of his package. All of his other joints are tight though,Maybe I got a faulty one from Hasblo.

Expensive? The Japanese Black Convoy is being sold on eBay right now for $35, $40. I would totally bite on the $35 auction, but paying 20 bucks for shipping when it's being shipped from the exact same city where I live is pretty crappy.

Definitely buy it if you get the chance! It's one of my favorite figures (despite his character being a bastard in the show :lol  )

I have Black Convoy open for play and RiD Scourge MISB, and yes you should buy him.

I personally perfer Blacl Convoy. I also picked up the Reissue G2 Laser Prime. He is ok, but scourge/black convoy is full of evil win.

    lol , that's gotta hurt.

Rid Scourge is awesome, definitely in my top 5. He's one of the perfect type TF's in my book, becasue he only takes a second to transform, yet he's loaded with poseability. Also looks wicked in both modes, and has all the weapons a warrior needs. To top it all off, he's Prime like.

You can score a korean Black Convoy off ebay for a good price. He's the same thing. He also has a removeable tray with his packaging so you can store him securely in box if needed, and it's easy to get him in and out of.

He's even cooler if you've watched the RID toons. Of all the new TF characters, he was probably my favorite one in the toons. He kicked all kinds of ass without being too damn powerful .

The Hasbro one. That I think is better. It's like $60+ and the shipping hurts...But I heard it came without electronics, but the jap one did. Or was that the original mold?

One of the figure's I've always wanted. Would love to have him, but whenever I seem to find one it is either out of my price point for the time or I'm broke.

No one is yet to post a review of this fig, or side by side comparison pics with other Primes. How poseable is he? He looks clunky as hell with those ghetto blasters mounted on his shoulders.
