I'd be down. Hell, you could repaint them as most of the members of Dinoforce: Grimlock > Goryu Slug > Kakuryu Strafe > Yokuryu Slog > Rairyu Snarl > Doryu Gairyu would be the odd man out, but still. There's also plenty of other options for some of them... ...You do realize that Gairyu was an ankylosaur, right? I'm not against redecoing one of the remaining Dinobots to fill the hole, but you're suggesting the raptor. Which is about as far as you can get from an ankylosaur without going airborn. If you're just going by the feathers-resembling-spikes angle, though, then I rescind my statements.
I was thinking Dinoforce too. I don't know if Hasbro would do it though, but I'd be down for importing those if Takara did them.
They were made in generations which is an collectors line. Movie line with even the "generation" figures are targeted towards kids still and according to hasbro kids don't like villains that is why so far there is only 3 decepticon toys.
One or two, I could see as candidates for redecos in the movie line, sure. Hasbro's given us some weird and unexpected stuff before... ...but the whole Dinoforce team, using the AoE Dinobot molds? That seems more like a Takara thing than Hasbro, given the source material. Ripe for exclusive gift set material.
