Shockwave and Magnus teaming up? Heck yeah!

I love the idea of Shockwave trying to hunt down and kill Megatron for what he did to Cybertron. I mean, I love Megatron and all, but I love Shockwave.

 

I hope this idea is whats going on with Shockwave.

 

the Shockwave toy better be the most kick ass voyager EVER!

 

Considering how Dreadwing and Breakdown look. I think it just might happen.

 

Shockwave, the superior Starscream. He's the only Decepticon I can imagine overthrowing Megatron.

Shockwave created the Insecticons. But not as a new tool to enslave Cybertron,but to perserve it. He created them to help him save Cybertron,his beloved home, from being torn apart by this war. Yet one rouge Insecticon(Airachnid) had different plans. She,being one of the few Insecticons to have a mind, wanted to hunt down different species from different universes and have their heads on a huge mantle. So,determind to get her way, she let's out all the Insecticons and steals one of Shockwave's ships to go on her little "trip". The only Insecticons that didn't go were Hardshell(aka the leader of the Insecticons) and Bob(or what ever you want to call that one Insecticon from Orion Pax Part 1 and 2.) Enraged by this and the way that Megatron and Optimus left their planet and in the way their war did to the planet,he was mad at all of them. He simple stayed there. Slowly losing his sanity because of how his plan to save the planet failed.. He started to form complex plans for getting revenge on Megatron and Airachnid plus plans to make Optimus pay for not helping him when he asked at the very start of the war. A few years later he let his last Insecticons go. Hardshell left Cybertron so he could find his swarm. Bob,on the other hand, stayed on Cybertron and just walked around and did stupid stuff. Then,after hearing that Bob had died, he had the last straw. He jumped into his last ship and traveled to Earth so he may get his revenge on the Autobots and Decepticons that destroyed his home and his Insecticon friends.

Agreed. That idea is really nice, and squeezes right into the continuity. If the

is going to be anything like this, we have a recipe for success.

 

Just had an idea. What if it wasn't Cliffjumper seen in that clip from BotCon. What if it was Tailgate and the clip wasn't actually a flashback.

Airachnid was working for the Decepticons in those flashbacks in Predatory. What if after Bee and Cliff escaped with Arcee, Airachnid went back and retrieved the body of Tailgate. Then Shockwave got his hands on it and started experimenting on it. And now, Shockwave somehow uses it to get to the Autobots. Perhaps he remotely controls the body and pretends Tailgate survived.

 

Um, no. I'm sure Tailgate doesn't have horns. And I think Tailgate was supposed to be white. And even if not, they wouldn't make him red like Cliff when he's going to be important as it could confuse kids and just makes no sense.

Well, certainly has some white where Cliff had none.

And Tailgate's color scheme was barely visible. They would change his color scheme to not look like Cliffjumper if he showed up again and not have anyone but us anal folk notice.

 

You may possibly have a point with the colour part but are we certain he had horns. Did you see the video yourself?

 

One of Cliffjumper's defining features is his horns. I think someone would've noticed if they weren't there.

 

His horns aren't that big. The clip took people by surprise and was only shown once. People might not have noticed.

 

But still, why would they make Tailgate red just like Cliffjumper?

 

Why give every generic Decepticon the same colours?

 

That has nothing to do with this. Making Tailgate identicle to Cliffjumper would just be dumb.
