It looks nice. It would look extra nice if the lights pulsated.

It looks like the same LED system they used for their Quintesson Judge kit (which was magnet activated). There's 4 settings: on, blinking, fading in/out, and off.

 

I though these were separately sold blast effects, but it turns out to just be more useless fucking lights

I have their Quintesson LED set. Works same way. LED has a magnetic switch and goes between 4 settings: on, flashing, fading, off. It's quite sensitive, so you can cycle between the 4 rapidly. Makes designing pieces easier without the need for an external switch.

I actually ordered a set of similar LEDs to use in other projects.

 

Someone please post when they go up on preorder. Would these fit 3p figures too? I dont really have any hasbro

 

In order to be compatible, then port has to be 5mm (standard TF handle size...I know 3p handles can be all over the place) or have a 3mm peg.

We don't have too many 3p figures, but the Ion Blasters that come with Perfect Effect PE-DX10G and DX11 figures are 5mm blast effects compatible.

One of the better pieces by them. Even better if they dont destroy plastics

 

Definitely interested in getting the full set, if the price is right. I've taken to blast effects way more than I thought I would.

 

Will these melt my plastic and rip my paint like the official ones

Meh. I never cared about blast effects. Id rather get things that the figures arw lacking like giving Sunstreaker an actual gun for example.

Im just not into the blast effects. Im not into the whole "frozen in time" poses thing. I have a lot of figures. I display them in crews, tallest figures to the back, shorter up front. All blast effects do is take up space. The blast effects that I do have they are all shooting in the air like new years eve in the hood. Plus they kinda look like flowers coming out the guns.
