I have a concern with the shipping mf my KO Shockwave. If anyone has bought one recently from overseas, have you had any problems getting it into the USA?

The tracking info on mine shows on the website as "held by customs." They received it on the 11th. I am worried that they may confiscated it thinking it is an actual gun or perhaps since it doesn't have any "safety colors" on the barrel.

Am I over-reacting or has anyone else had experince with this?
I don't do alot of international shipping so I know nothing about customs.

 

i got a package sent from china last month that sat in customs for 5 days, then got sent on to it's destination---(ME!)....so don't sweat it..they are probably just backed up right now...

 

It won't be confused as a real gun, that won't be an issue. If anything, depending on how it's packaged, it could be confiscated for copyright infringement. Most likely it's just a delay, we see that all the time in the Supply business...

 

Shockwave is so different from any real gun in existance id be shocked if he was seized for that reason , a version of G1 Megatron yes but not Shockwave, give them time it will get through

 

Well I hope that isn't the case because I hope they wouldn't even realize it's a KO.

 

Guess I can rest easy now????
