So this is probaby my lowest effort custom ever. After buying the Netflix Optimus and realizing his shade of blue makes him unsuitable for a parts swap with the leader optimus and buying the Buzzworthy 4 pack for literally every figure but Bumblebee, they had both been sitting in a bin until i could come up with something for them. Fast forward a few months and I read the new IDW shattered glass and was thoroughly underwhelmed. So I went back and read the old funpub version...and thats when I had an idea. Much like how Ultra Magnus invaded the Classicsverse, what if IDW Optimus did the same to its reversed polarity universe? Optimus Prime, peering into another world, much like his but so different, has Hoist give him and Bumblebee (dont think too hard about continuity) new paint jobs to better fool the natives. The plan: Kill their Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, take thier place, and conquer both the Autobots and Decepticons, before opening a larger rift to bring his army though. So this custom is done entirely with leftover reprolabel stickers and a weapon swap with Bugbite for Bumblebee. No paint or 3D printing required. Im going for a look that is similar to G1 but not quite on the nose.
