A few years ago there where some plans for a miniature Classics/Henkei Megatron in gun mode, which could be hold by other Transformers. As far as I know, it never made it past prototype stage, so when I heard about Shapeways, I decided to try to make my own.

I made a version, in scale with Transformers figures, with a 5mm peg, so most figures can hold it.

I also schrinked the design, with a grip for GiJoe-sized figures.

And lastly I made a G1 Megatron gun in the same scale, based on the one included with 20th anniversary Prime.

They can all be found on my shapeways page. I ordered them in "black detail" and painted them in Henkei colors, since that is the version I own.

No more $25 limit guys...It's now replaced with a mandatory delivery charge. It's $6 for continental US I think.
