I have been wanting to get Show raiders action figures for years, actually probably since I saw the series in the late 90s.

I finally got myself a Tekla today, MISB. Well I didn't buy it just to keep in the box so I opened it.

The Chrome is so shiny!


Err except the parts that come off in my hands.



Seriously the damage you see happened in the same amount of time it took me to take her out of the box and take these pictures.

I am a bit dissapoint   but at least her eyes still light up and she still says her phrases.

 

It's funny how this line gets completely overlooked. I have a few of these, including this one of the large-format figures. I still really like the Ice Spider Tank from that line.

Vac-metal from that era, though, is as durable as puff pastry.

Also I didn't mention it but it feels like the flimsiest cheap plastic I think this must have been when Trendmasters were really on the way out. I recently got some of the war planets stuff for the first time. Quite cool actually, like the real hand-panted look.

 

Trendmasters made some good stuff, but yeah, the plastic wasn't the best. I think my Voltron was flaking the moment I took it out of the box.
