That's what i was referring to. Just leacing the crotch area bare want even a thought. Unfortunately the chest piece sticks out so far and broadens the waist so much that it looks completely crazy workout their cod piece. I'll take pics of both looks.

Hey Kuma or anyone with this set; can we get a picture of Colossus with this set compared to M3, preferably with the DMY upgrades on it?

 

Think I'm going with CW as my main Bruticus personally. Individual mode faces and the fact that Vortex is in the correct position in arm mode are my reasons.

That said I'm not planning on selling Colossus for now so I might get this eventually. Bruticus is one character I don't mind having several versions of.

 

Not translating but from having just had a delivery from Chimungmung and switched the parts...

Asides from needing a fair amount of force to get onto the ball joints, the shoulders of the replacement arms take up slightly more space than is available -- hence the bulge that stops the parts swinging together to sit flush. You could probably grind them down a bit, but it's not quite as bad as the pic and isn't too noticeable once you've got everything assembled and combined.

Feels more like a LEGO kit than a TF by this point and it's a display piece more than being playable (despite the care taken to provide display options in all modes) but the upgrades give Colossus a new lease of life. It means he looks down a bit at CW Defensor and Superion, and Quantron, which is what you want really.

 

Sweet tony has this in stock should have mine soon then.

Is the head still transformable?

 

Haven't heard that but I've heard there is or was going to be a LED version of the head. Don't know if that is still the plan.

 

There are plenty of listing on eBay for $89 shipped. I canceled my pre order and just went this route.

 

The price still has me on the fence about this set. Hopefully some reviews will help me make a final decision.

If anyone gets this set and decides they don't want it or only want the brawl parts, I'm looking for a second set for my battle gaia. I've already got one full set ordered as a christmas gift and just looking to acquire at least the chest shield, cod piece, leg extenders, and feet add-ons. Additional bruticus head isn't needed but I'll take it if you don't want it. Pm me if interested.

 

Did anyone who ordered from chimungmung not get the upgrade parts for quantron with their heavy arms upgrade set.
