    Well, I'm convinced. Anything that so drastically improves an already impressive figure needs to be bought. I preordered one set each from BBTS for $1 more than I could get them from eBay.

    I hope so. I messaged the eBay seller for a replacement with the correct parts or a refund. I'm expecting no response.

    You can always still report it through eBay. There is an option for defective item or something that should cover you I would think. You just have to make an effort to contact the seller first, which you are.

    The eBay seller wants photos/proof that the item is defective. What the hell do I tell him? It seems he's got no idea of the issue. I linked to this thread but he reckons he can't open it. The eBay seller is johosontony.

    Got mine, fit them quickly to Ratchet, they are perfect and do exactly what I expected so can't argue. Think the price was too high though.

    It's like I'm really happy with them but at the same time resent paying £30 for 'fixes'

    I bought a deluxe off him and the packaging was badly creased, managed to get a small goodwill discount.

    Send him photos and don't let it go. Trust eBay to help you out if it comes to raising a case.

    I sent him a picture of the item I received and the picture in this thread of the right/wrong difference. No response yet. I hope yours is ok but I'd say all his stock would be affected.

    Use the ebay option of report a problem. You want to use them as a middle man.

    Sorry,haven't really been following but I caught the mount may be reversed and cause an installation issue? The problem has been caught so if I decide to pick these up,how can I be sure I don't get the defective ones?

    I ordered mine through Toy Dojo and they sent out a message saying they had received their shipment but they would not be sending any out until the new parts arrive. So presumably if you order from them you will be assured to get a correct set.
