I needed to do a custom that wouldn't take eight months, so I had the idea of painting a Furai model kit--easy to take apart & put back together & no need to fuss about transformation. I love the Shadow Blade animated Megatron, and he's the only Animated toy that survived my son's TF phase. Love where it ended up! Even the weird silvery smear on the cannon turned out ok, considering I had basically given up on creating the pinkish silver look of the original.
