For all of the Web Exclusives since Gohan, I think. Possibly earlier, but Gohan was the first time I went to preorder and then thought, "Nah."
Bandai's website is absolute shite. How do you not have bandwidth to handle orders on a site that exists to take orders. You would think they would have learned from the event exclusive debacle later year, but clearly that would make too much sense.
Just ordered mine. At this point in time, I'm actually of the opinion that my Dragon Stars Cooler is good enough (relative to my level of interest in the character). But there are too many web exclusives I regret missing out on to take the chance.
While that does suck, the bright side is that availability isn't impacted in the same way and Cooler's still easily available. I think people flocked to this assuming it worked like regular Bandai preorder nights on the Japanese stores.
Probably gonna preorder Cooler sometime next month, but in the meantime I decided to just order another Bardock. I'll fix up the first one when the time comes and then figure out what to do with it.
Plenty of people who still probably aren't used to normal exclusives too thinking it'll be like the event exclusives I reckon. If not limited, we've got nothing to worry about.
Based on my previous experiences with BBTS, I feel like their markup was generally more around 25% +/-
It's the only reason Ive avoided ordering any of the exclusives from them. Business is business, but the markup is ridiculous.
All tapping that does for me is play a 3 minute video... I still can't find where the actual voting is supposed to be done at. Edit: Ohhh. That's needlessly confusing. There's points in the video where you can select the fighter and then tap on a vote button in the middle of the screen.
Just gonna put this out as a quick disclaimer for everyone. WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN A PROTOTYPE FOR VIDEL THAT IS IN THE WORKS. AND I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THE VOTE IS NOT FOR WHO TO BE MADE, BUT WHO TO BE RELEASED FIRST, AS EVERY ONE OF THE SIX SAY "PLANNING NOW" NEXT TO THEM Take that last one with a grain of salt, as I obviously am not with Bandai, just someone putting my tinfoil hat on. That being said... I'm probably voting for Kid Buu, Janemba or Baby. Though I of course want every single one of those six and ever more, haha.
That was epic! It kinda reminds me of the stop-motions that were on Hasbro's Transformers website for Transformers Cybertron and the 07 movie back in the day.
