I made the most amazing pork chops tonight. The butcher had some chops that were nice and thick... Preheat your oven to 425. Melt some butter and coat a 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix one egg with 2 tablespoons of milk, and whip. Dunk/coat each chop in the egg mixture, and lay in the baking dish. Add a pinch of garlic, and black pepper to each chop, and then pop it into the oven. 15 minutes, then flip them... garlic, and pepper the other side...15 more minutes. Serve with veggies, or pasta. I made up a little pesto fettuccine to go with it.
